We had a wonderful experience at Scaddabush. The service was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff made us feel right at home and were especially great with the kids. Justin was our server and he was efficient and on top of it!
The kid’s meals were fantastic — great portions and options that children enjoy a ton. The pasta dishes were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. And don’t skip dessert — it was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal!
The restaurant has such nice, cozy vibes, making it a perfect spot for family dinners, intimate meals, and special/bigger occasions.

I recently visited Scaddabush and had an overall great experience. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe — the ambiance is warm, lively, and very inviting. The space was clean, neat, and well maintained, which made the visit even more comfortable. The staff truly stood out; the service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the meal.
Some dishes were excellent. The spinach dip in particular was a highlight — flavorful, well prepared, and perfect to share. That said, a couple of items didn’t quite meet the same standard. The pizza and Caesar salad were a bit underwhelming in taste and could use some improvement.
While the overall food quality and presentation were decent, there’s room to elevate certain dishes to match the restaurant’s great atmosphere and service. Still, it’s a place I’d return to for the vibe and hospitality.

Had lunch today. Lillie our server was nice, but she rattled off specials at high speed so we didn’t understand what she said. Food was ok for a chain restaurant, but the portions were small. The dessert was suggested as something to be shared, but it was barely enough for one. The atmosphere did not feel as it is an Italian restaurant. It is a restaurant that sells Italian food

Went to Scaddabush in Oakville to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was our first time visiting the location. They provide a large glass bottle of water for the table. First bottle of water was fine. However, the second bottle of water provided tasted strange. At first I thought it was carbonated lemon water but when my friend tasted she said it definitely wasn’t carbonated water. We took another large gulp and it was vinegar! I told the server and she went to get her manager. The manager apologized stating they use vinegar in the bottles overnight to clean them. Somehow our bottle wasn’t emptied and we were severed vinegar water. I immediately felt nauseous and lost my appetite. She removed my meal and our appetizers from the bill and gave me a coupon to save $20 when you spend $50 on our next visit.
I submitted a complaint to head office and have not received a reply which is disappointing. I also contacted public health who thankfully followed up and put a process in placed to ensure this no longer happens to anyone else.
Needless to say my birthday lunch was ruined and we won’t be going back. There is an East Side Mario’s in the same plaza. Next time we will be going there.

We spent our anniversary here for dinner. The service was amazing. Amanda was so helpful and suggested the best dishes, she’s amazing! I’ll highly recommend the mushroom truffle mafalde pasta, it’s too damn good. The balsamic truffle mozzarella is also a must try. With a side of sparkling wine it was the perfect anniversary dinner.
