It’s our favorite little place to go on the weekends! It’s small but the food is the best homemade food you’ll eat. My dad is a trucker and stops there religiously at least once a week if not more! Cindy always remembers all of our family’s favs as well as all the other regulars that stop in!

I can’t account for the food because I have never had it and never will, but my vicarious experience with the place forces me to rate it the lowest possible. I recommended this place to my son a while back when he was out this way taking a class nearby. I had not been there myself, but I had heard and read such great things about the food and the people running the place. He stopped in for breakfast one morning. He walked in and was completely ignored. No one greeted him, no one offered him a menu, a drink, or even a “Good Morning.” He ended up leaving, without so much as a word from anyone. The reason I feel so compelled to leave this review, hoping someone from there will read it, is to let them know a little about this young man they completely ignored.
The fact of the matter is, this young man is Colonel in the United States Army, as well as a Medical Doctor.
I just can’t help but wonder, if he had gone in there in his uniform, would he have been afforded a little more respect and maybe even some service. It is my opinion that this establishment should be ashamed of the way they treated him, or anyone else they may treat so poorly. They never know who they are disrespecting.

The BEST place to stop if you want to feel like family! Had our 1st visit this morning, the family atmosphere is unbeatable, food is excellent, Service top notch! Only drawback is limited days/hours of operation, a must stop if or when in Piketon!!!
