Sonecstaff are friendly but my experience with most has been terrible to say the least! Have your Idbin your hand when you walk in bc if the manager doesn’t like you at first sight she’ll harass you every time. More than rude, borderline chargeable! And loves to call her security like to look important as she’s hovering over players waiting for them to win to get tips! She also loves to tell you what to do while you’re playing, of course when she tells you you’re stupid for not cashing out that’s because she doesn’t want you to lose your winnings and not tip her. So if you’re just looking to play for fun this is not the place for you! Be expected to be hovered over by the manager waiting for a tip when you do hit. If she’s in a bad mood that day you may be threatened physically. Do not let her hear you ask a friend or person with you if they are ready to go or you will be escorted out. Also the staff gambles on the machines so maybe she shoos you out bc she knows the machine is about to hit which is not allowed. There are lots of much better places with friendly or staff in the area. The only reason anyone should go to this particular location is to visit the indoor flea market they have on the weekends which is awesome!
