SushiShima Castle Hills is my family’s and my favorite place. The restaurant has a modern Japanese decor. Besides serving delicious sushi, they also offer yakiniku Japanese BBQ and a full bar. The fish selection is always fresh and high quality.
For kitchen dishes, the Chilean Miso Seabass is very delicious, as well as the tempura combination, hibachi, and many others. All the servers and staff are very kind and friendly. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to dine here.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and have tried several items on the menu—everything has been fresh and delicious. They also offer grill tables where you can cook your own food, which makes for a really fun experience. The atmosphere is great—calm and comfortable, perfect for a date or a relaxed outing. My go-to item is the “Nice to Meat You”, which is perfect for using the table grill. Overall, it’s an awesome experience and I definitely recommend checking it out.

Really good sushi spot for a late dinner. We had the Manager’s Special and a Paradise Roll, and both were amazing. It was super fresh and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and checked on us often, and the vibe was nice and relaxed. The Happy hour appetizers are definitely worth it.

It was open on Christmas and was a delightful surprise. The food is delicious. Sushi was fresh and ramen quantity can easily feed two people. Dragon beef was amazing. Definitely would visit again.

Sushishima is a favorite lunch spot! The environment is clean, well decorated, and peaceful. It’s great for a group lunch or for dining solo. The food is consistently delicious. The service is prompt, polite, and helpful. Billy in particular is always so helpful and kind. He recommended pregnancy safe options and took excellent care. 10/10 would recommend!
