Visited this establishment today, bought 2 shawarma. The staff are friendly, polite. The store is clean, everywhere is in order. Large assortment. But there are disadvantages, when paying with debit card they add 4% of the total amount (it is not legal in the state of New York). My rating is 3 stars.

The cooks and girls behind the counter are wonderful; friendly, attentive, accurate and quick service. Lots of options for craft beer and like a mini supermarket with all the things they have. Most deli items are good or fair price. They also have a rewards program.
They have really perfected their customer service, even the younger kid behind the counter.. if you havnt been in awhile I’d recommend trying them again. Few negatives: they are not an Italian style deli, so don’t expect an Italian style chicken cutlet, the prices for grocery items are a bit on the higher side, and the breakfast sandwiches are sometimes too dry

I have to be at work by 5:30 am. I used to shop at this deli often to pick up a sandwich at 5am. The Owner was always open and ready. Lately, a younger man has been opening and is NEVER open on time. I have to go to another deli now because this place can’t seem to get it together in the mornings. I even see his employees waiting outside for him to open. smh. If you say you open at 5, then open at 5!
