we ordered two sandwiches and they were absolutely undercooked! this was in the middle of the day and there was no line so they were not busy and I just did not find this acceptable at all… not to mention one of our burgers wasn’t even wrapped!?. pictures to follow. I did contact the management and they were quick to remedy the situation which was refreshing

No wait in the line and you still get a cold burger falling out of the wrapper with no napkins. Cheese looks fresh out of the wrapper and put on a cold burger. I don’t go to McDonald’s very often if at all because of this reason.

Don’t go for your lunch break. I waited 20 minutes in line for a spicy chicken sandwich fries and a Sprite. I would love to tell you the quality of the food but I do not know because I do not have time to eat it. As I sat in the window I watched four vehicles received their food and leave only one so my knowledge wasn’t online order. Quick service is the only reason why McDonald’s exists it should not take 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

If you want extra mac sauce just order light sauce. Hamburger literally falling out the bottom while you try to eat bc there is so much. This was my last visit to this location. Everytime i go there there’s always something wrong. Old dried out burgers and buns, food slapped together so sloppy my child could have done better also keep in mind my visits are during hours with no lines and very few customers.

Ordered frappe around 7:45 PM on app. When I arrive to the store, no workers ask what order I am waiting for and after 15 minutes of waiting and employees, passing by another person, waiting for a DoorDash spoke up, which the worker told me that I had never had an order placed yet I showed them my app. she proceeded to make my drink, but then complains to coworker at drive-through window loudly about the situation yet both parties, including were not rude nor aggressive. Ben talks about how job is stressful and how they are off in about 15 minutes. I feel like the encounter was unprofessional and uncalled for. that worker needs to revisit customer service training yet I know nothing will happen.

We asked for extra pickles on our sandwich it had over 25 Pecos literally stacked up enough pickles it was thicker than the quarter pounder meat sandwich that was on the burger. Completely absurd whoever was behind making the sandwich needs to be handled. They also pulled me up to the third window and had me wait longer as if it were going to be fresh but it was not the value fry that we ordered was not warm at all and definitely not fresh. 5 minutes looking for the photos tab. it will not let me add photos. Probably the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s.
Arrived Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 6pm. Two cars in the drive thru, one customer inside eating, one customer ordering, ie; not busy at all.
Tried multiple times to order from kiosk before one would finally respond, however no table tents (locators) at either kiosk, so just entered table #1.
We ordered “dine in” but food was brought to table in paper bag because “they were out of trays”. There were no napkins in the bag, no catsup, and we were short one drink which server said he would bring right back along with some catsup. After eating our sandwiches and still no drink or catsup, went back up to counter where the server “forgot”.
No table tents, no trays, no napkins, no drink… come on, people! We can do better!

The manager told me they had a hard time keeping up with fries yesterday so she was unsure how I got old fries… since when does fresh fries look and taste old and why is a large really a SMALL now ♀️

Likely the worst McDonald’s coffee I’ve had. Served lukewarm at 9:00 a.m. and filled 3/4 of the way. Did not taste like any other McDonald’s coffee.
