2/8/26. They had the A-team working today. The service from Jessica was incredible even with a full house and the food was delicious and it only took like 5 minutes to prepare. We are very pleased with our visit today. Great job to all of the employees!

I don’t usually leave a comment on negative service. But I was the only customer in the place. I ordered extra bacon and got a single order cooked extra hard, with no comp. I normally leave a generous tip. But tonight I didn’t leave anything. When I pointed out to my waitress that I didn’t get the extra bacon, she laughed and said that she didn’t hear extra bacon, but also she didn’t take it off my ticket. So I considered it her tip.

Best WH hashbrowns I’ve ever had. Our waitress was so attentive and immediately set our table as she had a FULL restaurant on a Sat afternoon. My friend had the best waffle she ever had. Overall, perfect experience. Will be tough returning home and not comparing this experience to my area WH’s.

I am disappointed to leave a negative review, but I will not be returning to this establishment. I have been coming here since I was a child, and unfortunately, my last two visits with the same waitress were exactly the same experiences, disappointing. The waitress did not provide good service, as she failed to check on us during our meal. Our drinks were not brought out until the food arrived, and the food was burnt. The chocolate waffle I ordered was covered in too much chocolate. I do not wish to criticize the waitress personally, but she was a young woman with colorful hair working the third shift.

Woho a southern staple. Find another restaurant that let’s u see their kitchen. The cooks never look at a ticket but it’s always spot on. It’s the only place post covid that is still open 24/7. Little known facts they burry the key the day the store opens. It’s is also part of the natural disaster alert system. They can assess an areas needs based on the waffle house report. A chocolate chips waffle is a must have.
