Christy’s Landing is a family-owned restaurant and tavern on scenic Lake Waubesa. The third generation of the Christenson family owns the lakefront bar, serving food and drinks year-round, with the addition of an outdoor tiki bar and patio for use during the warm weather months. Boat docking is available to the public, and volleyball leagues run on Monday-Thursday nights from May through September. Fish fry is offered on Fridays. In addition to a diverse food menu of sandwiches, appetizers, salads & pizzas, Christy’s offers daily food specials, a Burger of the Week, and a full breakfast menu on Saturdays and Sundays. 12 beers on tap and a nice wine list.

Christie’s Landing is a gem! The outdoor space is fantastic with great views—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. The food did not disappoint either. I ordered a deluxe pizza and it was honestly one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Crispy, flavorful, and just spot on. Definitely worth going out of your way to check this place out!

Had a wonderful time on a Friday night with my aunt here! Fish fry was perfect! I haven’t had that good of fish fry yet this year easily! Will definitely try to get back as soon as I can. Server did a wonderful job, I think her name was Kenna? It will be busy on a Friday so prepare yourself to be patient, it’s well worth the wait!

I came here last night. The restaurant by the lake enticed us but obviously it’s cold outside. I came with my husbands and 2 little kids and it was nice. There’s a fire place going and the crowd was perfect and not over crowded. Our meals were great and we had a bubbly waitress who was fantastic and helpful. The only thing that was a bummer is that the winter time isn’t the best for outdoor seating obviously but we’ll definitely be back when it’s nicer outside.

Great townie-type bar with good atmosphere on lake waubesa. Pricing is $20-30/person for food and 2 drinks. I highly suggest their Ice golf event, volleyball, live music, or just hanging out on the lake.

We happened to be driving through the area and stopped for dinner. I absolutely loved being able to sit out on the back patio overlooking the lake. It feels like you are far away from Madison and on vacation even though it’s not far at all.
I loved the variety of outdoor seating including a rail looking out over the lake. There was a sand volleyball game going on as well if that’s your thing.
The food was great and the drinks were cold and refreshing. We will be back for sure next time we are in the area!

First and last visit. Building is in major need of upgrading and repair. Most uncomfortable seating we have ever experienced in a waterfront restaurant/bar. Pizza was mediocre at best. Zero curb appeal and atmosphere.

Sunday morning breakfast of Walleye and egg with hash browns (cheese and onion optional). Self – biscuit and gravy as just had walleye couple nights before. This has to be the most sausage in the gravy as I have ever had. Bloody is great and you can get it as spicy as you want. Great selection of craft beer for a chaser. Service was outstanding.
