Ordered a real fruit SLUSH lemonade flavor with real strawberries and nerds. Received a watery drink with ice cubes and a BUG in it. Not even a slush. I’ve had multiple issues with Sonic. Doordash won’t issue a refund so I will be going to Sonic myself when I have a way to get there. $13 for this. Horrible. Edited to add I called the 1888 sonic number and they refused to help me and said Doordash has to resolve which they won’t either. I will steer clear of both sonic and dd at this point.

Fries crispy and warm, corn dog perfectly cooked, diet cherry limeade is excellent, and service on spot! Beautiful day in the neighborhood to sit in your car at Sonic! This one a good one to choose. Tons of tomato catsup, thought their was a shortage?!?!!

We just waited almost half an hour for a burger, Chilli cheese tots, a hot dog with ketchup and relish, a cherry Dr. Pepper, and a Cherry Limeade.
My hot dog is plain and dry without even a packet of anything to put on it! I am guessing there is a tot shortage as well.
I usually love sonic… but maybe Sonic in my state is different! I’m just disappointed.
UPDATE: After writing this review I scrolled through the other reviews and am absolutely HORRIFIED! We stopped eating our food immediately and spent the next several hours HOPING we didn’t get sick while traveling. Thankfully we did not.
SONIC… you need to stop giving fake apologies with a standard response and take a look at the reviews for this location. How about DOING something about it? If you actually cared about your company, image, food quality, or customers you would DO SOMETHING!!!! I have a family member that is in management at Sonic in my state and I am contacting them to see if anything can be done about this particular Sonic location. Customers shouldn’t have to do that for you! You should care enough to do better when you see a steady flow of bad reviews with pictures AND food poisoning cases!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Everything is always wrong! Food not in a bag, no icecream 1/2 the time. When there is icecream the milkshakes are straight liquid and taste like only milk. Food seems stale and old. Charger too much or for a completely different order. Nothing is EVER the way it’s supposed to be. All the people are rude with an attitude. It takes so long to even get the shitty food/ icecream.
To the owner/workers you need to get your restaurant together or just close it. This has been like this since we moved here 8 MONTHS ago.

Sat in the drive thru Sunday evening for almost 15 minutes with no vehicles in front of me. I am used to the slow service but nobody even came on the speaker to say we will be right with you, or anything. I honked the horn and went to the window. Then pulled into a stall, still no service. Business’ are struggling becuase of the lack of customer service skills or people just do not care. Either way I will not be dining here ever again, this was not the first time but it is the last.

I was picking up a customer order today. I waited 10 minutes before even approach at window. The lady had a tone already when I told her my customer name. She brought me an open greasy bag, not sealed or with a receipt. When I kindly asked for it to be sealed and a receipt for the customer, she yelled back we don’t do that and we look up receipts. I told her Ive picked up here before and it was sealed and receipt attached. And its healthy for food to be sealed when delivered. She yelled I will report you and have you fired. Totally unprofessional. I was taking care of a order for a customer and it should be closed for a customer. I will not be spoken to or should anyone eles in the manner that was today. I inform the customer of the situation and the treatment I received as well. You do not deserve to be in customer service or handling food. Totally out of place. Be careful on your food orders from here. And I will no longer use them myself. Treat everyone the same as you want. 101 customer service. Or maybe your job role explains your education on that. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. No syrup for our french toast sticks, they made the hot fudge sundae as a shake. When explaining no we wanted the cake and ice cream syrup hot fudge sundae like is on the picture of the menu, we were told, “no that’s Dairy Queen”. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Never again.

Ordered the “Ultimate Meat & Cheese Burrito” and it was not ultimate, the only part about it that was hot, was the eggs. Everything else was either barely warm or like the shredded cheese & onions, still cold like straight out the cooler. Is it supposed to be a hot burrito? Or a mix of an overall cold/ lukewarm burrito that was also missing the Nacho cheese, which is my favorite ingredient in this breakfast burrito. Definitely not pleased sonic. Every order I’ve gotten for the past 6-7 has been wrong except one‼️
