I walked in and placed an order for six delicious pizzas, and the manager was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They guided me in choosing the perfect toppings and ensured that everything was prepared to perfection.
To complement the fantastic pizzas, I also purchased some refreshing sodas, and they were absolutely great! The selection was vast, and the drinks were served ice-cold, which was just what we needed to complete our meal.
Overall, I was impressed with the exceptional service, tasty pizzas, and refreshing sodas at Papa John’s in Gainesville. I highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Update for Dec 2024: the quality has gone downhill fairly significantly, especially the last few months. Pizza arrives either undercooked, overcooked, or skimpy portions & poor quality control. The last pizza had a hide amount of crust and was very uneven – one side thin, the other thick.
Will not be ordering from here again for several months for them to get their act together.

Ordered on Uber eats for convenience (Tuesday night). Driver sat there waiting 30 minutes or more for two pizzas…. Had to triple my tip because I felt so bad. WOW

I actually went in and spoke to the people that made my pizza. They did all of them quickly and professionally. Papa is my favorite fast food tour pizza. Great sauce and crust along with all the other ingredients is why.

Door Dash called and asked if I got the pizza when it was runnig about 10 minutes late. Patched me through to the driver who had brought it to wrong address – said it was Door dash’s fault. Said he had to bring it back to the store. When I called the store, the employee had zero idea how to fix the problem, how to order me a new pizza, how to cancel the order, etc. I eventually got a cold pizza an hour later. Horrific customer service from driver, doordash, and papa johhs.

8/2 10:34pm arrived and found out that store was closed for carryout orders as of 10pm. We had just left a show at JLL, we were 2 hrs from home and hungry. We stepped outside to figure out where we might go and Zack came out and offered to make us a pizza if we could wait a few minutes for it. An amazing display of outstanding customer service, care and compassion. The pizza was great too! Get this man a store of his own! He’s a superstar and is destined for tremendous success in whatever he endeavors. Exceptional service is so rare. It deserves to be recognized and celebrated. Thank you Zack.
