I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The wings were ice cold and completely over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The fries? They tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for days.

To make matters worse, I tried calling the location five times to get help, and every single time I was either ignored or hung up on. Zero accountability, zero customer service.

This place is an absolute joke. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.

Weird experience here, will probably never come back. Server and store manager seemed bothered when I let them know my son was not a fan of the flavor when I asked them to substitute for another flavor. He barely ate his wings. Ended up getting charged full price and they took them back. Food is very overpriced here and mediocre. Service was bad for sure, waitress seemed bothered the whole time. The place was burning hot inside. I would highly NOT recommend coming here. $114 for mid food and bad attitudes is a joke!

It is with considerable disappointment and frustration that I share this review of my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. This was not just a poor dining experience; it was a deeply frustrating encounter that highlights a serious decline in both the quality of the food and, more distressingly, the level of customer service, particularly on a day meant to honor veterans.

Food Quality: Dry, Nasty, and “Meh”
Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a reliable spot, but the food quality has plummeted.

• The Wings: They were universally dry and nasty. The very item they are named for was poorly executed, lacking moisture and flavor, making for a truly unappetizing meal.
• The Wait vs. The Reward: While I understand the restaurant often offers a special or promotion for Veterans Day, the sheer length of the wait time was completely unjustified for such a sub-par product. This is decidedly “meh” food that is not worth a long wait.

Appalling Customer Service and Disrespect
The customer service was the most egregious part of this visit. It appears management needs to urgently address the attitude and priorities of their front-of-house staff.

• Hostess’s Attitude: The hostess I interacted with had a palpable attitude and demonstrated a clear lack of desire to actually help a paying customer, let alone a veteran customer.

• A Slap in the Face: While she was supposedly assisting me, she asked if I needed more time to order (I promptly said no), then had the gall to excuse herself to bypass me and take the customers who were waiting behind me directly to their seats. This blatant display of rudeness and disregard for my time and presence is completely unacceptable.

Final Verdict: The Place Has Gone Down
This Buffalo Wild Wings location has clearly gone downhill. When you combine long waits, dry and nasty food, and a front-of-house staff that treats customers (especially veterans on a day dedicated to them) with such disrespect, you have a recipe for failure. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered the wings, bone-in traditional. You would think that since it’s a wing bar, they would do wings well. Not the case. I believe that they must be using a 5 step cooking method here. First they must boil them, then fry them, after that they bake them, then they grill them before placing them in a dehydrator to insure their is minimal juice, tenderness, or flavor left in the wing. What you get is a shriveled up piece of chicken Jerry with the texture of desert worn boot leather. Good luck here.

Loud and busy place. 30 tv screens in the restaurant makes it very stressful, but I get it’s more of a spots bar / restaurant.
Service is good and fast.
Now to the food.
So good! Chicken wings are perfect, and we ordered a bunch of different flavors to try them out. They are all really good.
Onion rings is a must! Best I’ve ever had.

Our server was awesome! I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he was honest, straight to the point and was very informative about the menu! We got the triple bacon burger, along with the wedges, which were SO good. And the buy one get one boneless wings. I also loved the renovation!

We waited and waited to be seated. There were about 5 employees that casually walked by as we stood waiting. We almost left but we wanted to watch the game. Once someone noticed us, we asked to sit near the Dodger game. The guy said he would change the channel of the TV next to our table…. he never did. The waitress was okay. I’m still shocked that 6 wings are $10 and that doesn’t even include fries.
