Tonight, I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this location. I arrived and was sat by 6:15 PM. The restaurant was not even half full. Got a little busier as we waited at our table. The server was able to bring the side salad for my three-year-old niece and take our orders and bring us our drinks. We never saw her again. It was after 7 PM when we finally tired of waiting and packed up and my partner left with my niece to put her in the car, and I went to the register to pay for the salad and the drinks. I was barely offered an apology and merely told that they would cover the salads and the drinks.
As someone with over 15 years of customer service experience, I understand that humans are flawed and we are known to make mistakes. However, I Feel that an hour wait for two entrées with no apology and no recourse for recouping the customers favor is disappointing. I did not want to make a scene because again I had my three-year-old niece with me so I was very polite when I went to the register and I was very polite when I said I will not be coming back to that location, which is unfortunate because they’re the only location with the best desserts.
Luckily, for me, I know the guy who supplies the homemade cake cakes and deserts for this location and others. They’re on Pellissippi Parkway going into Oak Ridge at Little Nikki’s pizzeria in Solway. If anybody is ever looking for an alternative to gondolier.
Anyway, I feel like a Karen, but at the end of the day—I’m hangry lol

Always a restaurant you can depend upon for a great meal. Yesterday our Tortellini w Sausage and Manicotti w Meatballs came out piping hot and were absolutely delicious! Enough for leftovers too. Our Server Yurman did a fantastic job!!! Thank you Gondolier!

I popped in here for lunch while making a quick stop overnight in Lenoir City. The decor and the place is fine. I really liked the food I had. Breadsticks were provided when I sat down along with my drink. I ordered the stuffed manicotti for my lunch meal and had a cannoli for dessert. I enjoyed all of the food.
I would definitely go back and eat here again should I be back in the area.

I always order the same thing for take out a chicken parm sub with onion rings… I’ve always been pleased … but today it’s like they ran out of sauce or something barely any on it which is not the norm … so I called … and the guy was dismissive saying he checked it before it went out … well sorry it’s not what it normally is and not my expectation based on previous experience so maybe consider listening to a repeat customer vs being dismissive … and usually my pickle is wrapped in paper… and usually I get some napkins on a Togo order … yeah that didn’t happen either
