I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I waited in the pull-up spot for about 45 minutes for my food, and it was brought out to me incorrectly multiple times. When the manager finally came out, she was extremely rude, threw my food and receipt through my car window, and spoke to me with an attitude and nasty words. When I questioned her behavior, she called me names and even tried to record me instead of resolving the issue professionally.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. I’ve already contacted corporate and am waiting for a call back, but I wanted to share my experience so others are aware of how poorly this location is being managed and how they treat their customers.

Do not go between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 because the drive-thru is super long and the people working the windows are very slow The food was hot and made the order very fresh though which made it well worth the money

This is the worst location I have ever been to! The last 3 times I have gone there I have had atleast 2 or 3 things missing from my order! The french fries were cold, the big mac was very salty, they forgot my chicken nuggets! Today they only put 1 chicken sandwich in the bag instead of 2. This has gotten ridiculous! Do better!

Once in a while I get Jazzy 4 nuggets and water no ice. Everyone is nice to him. The food is 98% consistantly perfect. The best McDs.

Nice staff but The little Chinese girl is very rude she only gives you halk the order and she’s very rude. All the other staff are very polite. Lockport store. Hope someone acknowledges this. Great boss too

The line is frequently 20-30 minutes to wait in the drive thru. The staff consistently doesn’t alternate at the drive thru making things worse, and they are understaffed, miss things, I know it’s likely all on management but it’s just not getting better. I need to remember to not come here again. Unfortunately it’s the closest one for us.

The evening crew tonight at least 8/15 7:30ish were extremely rude, including the manager.. if you talk to customers like that, i can imagine how you treat people in your personal life. My order was messed up, came back inside to correct it, and was treated like i was the issue.. was very odd, the morning crew is much better, considering I order the same thing practically everyday, which is literally only a drink.. my best advice to the manager tonight, maybe a job where your alone, without much human interaction.
