These 5 stars go to the great worker who was stuck as the only worker at 9:30pm on Friday Feb 20th. She was amazing and im so sorry you were stuck dealing with the rush alone.
To the store manager, please dont leave your staff this short. I go here all the time and everyone is wonderful. I know people call out and its not able to be controlled sometimes. But I too work customer service and they need a team. Please try and prevent this in the future, no one deserves that

While recently enjoying breakfast at my favorite McDonalds, as I got ready to leave, I emptied my tray of paper products in the provided waste container. When I entered my car, I realized my phone “stylist” was missing. A careful search of my purse turned up nothing. It dawned on me that I must have accidentally left the small stylist on my tray when I threw everything used away. I observed a very hard working employee, “Jack,” cleaning in the children’s play gym section. I apologized for interrupting Jack and explained my dilemma. Without hesitation, Jack went to the large waste container station, removed the container and waded through the debris to the bottom of the waste…and recovered and removed by stylist.
This level of extraordinary customer service is “routine” at this particular McDonald’s location. Melissa is the wonderful, hard working restaurant manager, who leads by example. Thank you to Melissa and to Jack for moving so fast to help me and cheerfully going through garbage like it was no trouble at all.

This place is always messing up on orders , long wait time and have a bunch of teen kids working for them that can’t even read the order off the screen. I unfornately have to go to this McDonald’s a lot cuz it’s next to where I live and this is the SECOND time they messed my burger up I asked for no mustard and extra onion and what did I get ? A burger with mustard and no onion at all way rub it in my face and bout third time they didn’t give me extra fries in my happy meal just apple slices. Don’t recommend this place.

The food was great! Nice hot and fresh. Why did I give 1star? The place is filthy! I told the kid who was helping me that I was eating in. I got my drink and went to sit down. I couldn’t find a clean table/bar in the regular dining room and I did not want to eat in the play area. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. The kid who took my order said that most people like to eat in the play area because it was felt private and warmer. When kids aren’t in there it’s nice. I didn’t want to eat in the play area. My number was called and my food came out in a bag. I I had to ask for a tray. There was a guy working I think in the back and I could he was new since he didn’t know where the trays were at but would find me one. The kid who had been helping with my order and cleaning the tables came up asked what I needed (in a nice way). I told him and he gave me a tray without a liner. The other guy came up at the same time and gave me a tray with a liner. In took the lined tray and thanked him. As I was eating, flies kept buzzing my food. I looked over at the window and there were several dead flies in the window ceil. Well that explains the flies bugging me I guess. There’s allot of flies inside. I know you can’t keep them out but there are bug zappers that most restaurants use to help with this. I ate my food and went to dump my trash and the garbage can was stuffed full. I could understand this happening if the lobby was busy but I was the only one there and then a lady walked in as I was leaving.

This is a great McDonald’s! It is always clean and the food is fresh. The staff are kind and courteous.
The kids playland has 3 levels and it, too, is always clean. Kudos to the management.

Why is it so hard to get napkins in the drive thru I have ordered from multiple different McDonald’s all over the areas and not one will give me a single napkin with my orders. Hell even Wendy’s gives me multiple napkins with one meal order what’s wrong with them !!!!!!

I don’t understand what is the manager doing but employees walk around and no one is cleaning it. The floors looks like they have not been cleaned in months , tables are dirty and sticky, food and trash all over the place

HORRERRIBLE ! Order completely wrong, fries taste like crap(old old old oil) not crispy, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich extra lettuce (extra .49) received the sandwich with no lettuce and 4x extra mayo. Gagged while eating.
