Music blaring in the kitchen to the point that I can barely hear the lady at the Register. I received my order 30 minutes past the pickup time listed on my receipt. When I arrived I told the lady at the register I had an online order and showed her my receipt. She told me they would start working on it… They hadn’t started my order until I arrived and asked for it. Avoid this location at all costs.

Messed up every order on my food today and it was cold all of it but the chicken sandwich which was ordered without mayo or lettuce, yet came with both. Its just upsetting that nothing was correct or hot except the jalapeño cheese bites and the water. Will drive to any other Burger King but this one. I just wonder how long these burgers where sitting there waiting to be ordered

Normally, I don’t have any issues here. I came in, was the only one in line so I thought I was good. Waited a bit, saw the workers doing things so I was patient. Stood for a bit longer with a couple of workers making eye contact with me. Still, nothing, though. They call for one lady to get her food. The lady does. Still no one at the register. I wait a bit longer with one of the workers looking like she was coming up but nope, she stops to help a different customer with their drink since the machine wasn’t giving ice. After that, she walks up to the register, grabs something small, doesn’t say anything to me and walks off. WOW. Okay. At this point, I I probably should’ve said “excuse me” or something but I didn’t know what to do. I waited a bit longer and left. Was there for about 5 minutes with no interaction. Will think twice before going back.

We came here for lunch on a weekday. One of our friends placed a mobile order, and it did take a bit. They already had the order ready, but did not call his number. He ended up having to ask the front desk for his order. Overall, no major negative experience. Would come back again in the future.

Honestly the service is pretty good here but excruciatingly slow. Sometimes the food temperature doesn’t match the wait. Keto burger was pretty good today but how about some napkins and a fork next time.
