This was our first time to Tche and it was amazing! They had great variety of fresh choices for the buffet salad and side orders (including a yummy cauliflower au gratin), and the gauchos were extremely attentive as well as our server. We would especially like to mention Cyrus, he was watching for us to be ready for more meat and seconds after we turned our indicator he was at our table with the meat! The whole crew was very impressive and worked very well together. Joy was also fantastic, he had a great personality and remembered I liked the spicy pineapple so he made sure to come back around to offer more Garrett saw me wondering about the Picadinho Chili and commented that it was a really good chili and answered my questions about the ingredients. Lexie was super on top of customer service and was at the ready to answer any questions we had and she was attentive to the needs of the staff too. Our server was Logan and he always had a smile as he checked in on us frequently making sure we had what we needed We will definitely be back.

The entire gustatory escapade proved to be an unmitigated triumph! We found ourselves ensnared by its captivating charm. Yours truly, in a moment of regrettable impulsiveness, dallied with the habanero salad, an act which induced a temporary cessation of vital functions, a jest, a mere jest! We availed ourselves of the Valentine’s Day table-side extravagance, an affair of unbounded salad bar accoutrements, the likes of which were simply divine. The viands, oh, the viands, were of impeccable caliber. I daresay, the zenith of my epicurean delight was the sweet and spicy fowl, juxtaposed with the spiced pineapple, an ambrosial marvel. The flesh was rendered with sagacious precision. Ergo, we indulged in a cheesecake, the huckleberry cheesecake, which, I profess, dissolved upon my palate with the ethereal grace of a fleeting dream, the most unctuous, the most velvety cheesecake to have ever graced my existence, and I jest not! It was, in no uncertain terms, superlative. The purveyors of this feast were agreeable, and, as I previously alluded, the procession of flesh persisted unabated. Bacon-wrapped jalapeños were particularly pleasing, as was the jalapeño steak and the Parmesan chicken. I must confess, however, that there existed a Parmesan steak of peculiar constitution, an anomaly I would hesitate to endorse. Yet, the porcine crust was commendable, the cheesy bread delightful, and the fried potatoes, while commonplace, were palatable. However, the pinnacle of this fiesta of flavors remained the spiced pineapple and the sweet and spicy chicken, which I embraced with unrestrained enthusiasm. Our server, a fellow radiating an aura of tranquility, adorned with facial glitter, possessed an undeniably buoyant mien. Though, I did perceive a certain umbrage cast in the direction of my spouse, the cause of which remains shrouded in mystery. In summation, the experience was unequivocally commendable and remarkably sanitary. We were seated with celerity, relative to the demands of the holiday, ergo, I wholeheartedly avow a return visit and extend my unreserved commendation.

Great experience, good food, great service, horrible price. For 5 people we spent over $200 and the only things we added on were 2 lemonades so if you don’t get any extras the base price just to eat the unlimited food at the restaurant is around $40 pp depending on what time and day u go. The food is good but when you go in this type of restaurant a pay this much you expect so much more. I would not have minded paying what I did if the food was amazing but it really was not. It is sad to say but a salt and paper steak from Walmart was better than any of their steaks that were flavorless. At the Rodizio grill in SLC they have such a wide verity of meats that they did not have here. I do not know if stuff like tariffs changed this but it was not up to the rodizio grill standard. I would also recommend cooking the steaks at different temps because every single steak we could not eat because it was so rare (and I will even eat medium rare). Besides the food everything else was so great. Huge shoutout to Anna L. She was the best server ever! Finally th foods and drinks that were 10/10 were- grilled pineapple, cheesy rolls, mac and cheese, and all the lemonades. Thank you and this restaurant has so much potential!

The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The meats were impeccable — perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, excellent cuts, and beautifully seasoned. Every dish reflected technique, care, and respect for the ingredients, elevating the flavors to an outstanding level.
The service deserves special recognition. The team was attentive, polite, and highly professional. I would also like to highlight the excellent service from Ana, who was friendly, knowledgeable in her recommendations, and present at just the right moments — the kind of service that truly makes a difference.
Manager Fabio conducted everything flawlessly: highly organized, welcoming, attentive to detail, and clearly an effective leader, which was reflected in the smooth operation of the entire restaurant.
It was, without a doubt, a fantastic experience, easily comparable to the best steakhouses in Brazil and the United States. Congratulations to everyone for maintaining such a high standard and providing a memorable dining experience.

For the first time in 25 years I decided not to cook for Thanksgiving and travel. Not very many places open but Tche was and it sounded great. Being the last reservation of the night we expected whatever was left. Not only did they keep cooking for us but this was the best experience we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely incredible but Joy our carver & Garrett our waiter truly made my holiday. I packed up 2 kids a husband and a dog just to travel and take a chance and hands down best dinner we’ve ever had!! If you can ask for Garrett and count on Joy to make sure everything that you are served is amazing. My family is so very grateful for the amazing service and food. From a fussy food person there is no way you can go wrong. If you are lucky enough to have Garrett or Joy tell them thank you from Mt again. Happy Thanksgiving!

Great service overall, courteous staff, tasty food and the Guatemalan meat cutter truly enhanced our experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain each meat cut in detail. We will be returning.

Bren was absolutely incredible and truly made our entire experience at Tchê Brazilian Grill unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, her warm personality, genuine smile, and attentive care set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. She didn’t just provide customer service—she created an atmosphere of appreciation, comfort, and genuine hospitality that is rare to come by these days.
Throughout our meal, Bren checked on us with perfect timing, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. Her knowledge of the menu, her willingness to answer questions, and her constant attentiveness made us feel valued and welcomed. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and that pride shines through in the way she interacts with guests.
We deeply appreciate her kindness, her professionalism, and the positive energy she brought to our table. Great food is always appreciated, but outstanding service is what truly elevates a dining experience—and Bren delivered that and more.
We are extremely grateful for her and wanted to make sure her efforts are recognized. She helped make our night special, enjoyable, and memorable. Thank you, Bren, for going above and beyond. We appreciate you more than words can express and look forward to coming back because of the experience you created.

4.5 stars, but /only/ if you play your cards just right. If you sit back left where they are always walking with the meat, you get the most and freshest meats. Ask for a side of horseradish to dip the steaks and especially the brisket in. If you attend right when they open on Saturday, you get the freshest and largest variety of options. We are not the only ones to have figured this out. Have the guts to ask for more pieces of your favorites and pile it on unashamedly—you paid for it. Make sure the catfish, brisket, and peppercorn tri-tip gets to you. 😉 you can for specifics!
The raspberry limeade is so worth it. Free refills, you can take one to go, and they are so fresh. I love how lightly Tché sweetens it. Very un-American. If you ask for extra cream and forgo the straw…I forgot I was in idaho!

Nice Brazilian grill. Good buffet selection of salads, veggies and other food. Very clean. We went around 5:30 pm on a Sunday and it was not that crowded. Good selection of meats. They also cooked the meat some more on our request. Would suggest the beef meats but also the other meats were ok. Really loved the coke with lime. The desserts were also good.
