Thanksgiving Eve BOGO deal not honored in restaurant. I tried to order 4 entrees (2 would be paid and two would be the bogo). Per terms it says up to 5 free entrees per order. I have a family of 4 so I only wanted the two free entrees and to pay for two entrees. Jessica said that regardless of what Chipotle is promoting on their website they are not honoring it. You can only choose one entree and get one entree free. I showed the terms and conditions on my phone and she said it didn’t matter they would not honor what Chipotle’s website stated.

Jessica then told me I can try to order on the app to get it but clearly terms and conditions says BOGO offer is only in restaurant and cannot be redeemed any other way.

These are the terms and conditions stated on the website: Limited to five free menu items per check and is subject to availability. Each free item requires purchase of an entrée item of equal or greater value. Valid only on November 26, 2025, after 4 p.m. local time. Redeemable in-restaurant only, at participating U.S. Chipotle locations; not valid for catering, mobile, online or delivery orders. Kids’ meals do not count as an entrée purchase. Purchased entrées are eligible for Chipotle Rewards points; the promotion may not otherwise be combined with other coupons, promotions, or special offers. Additional restrictions may apply; void where prohibited.

I did report this issue via the apps contact us button and will absolutely follow up on this as deals and promotions should be followed per the terms set forth by the company as intended. When I asked their names they handed me a card however I had to walk back into the restaurant to get their names because the card was for Jesus Moreno however I was speaking with two women, Jessica and another lady who was at the register.

I gave this location a couple of tries but for some reason they always seem to have the same problem not sure if it’s the staff they’re choosing or the staff that’s already there and how they train them. They always ration the portions to where it’s super small. I have to pay double to get the same amount of protein I get with a single serving at any other location. How can chipotle say I’m getting 64g of protein when you’re rationing the meats like it’s being paid by the workers. And for some reason the ladies that work there seem to have beef with each other. I guess the beef has to be somewhere since it wasn’t on my bowl. They have drama and you can FEEL they hate each other. It’s a bit uncomfortable. This last time I had ti wait several minutes for someone to ring me up. Even though there were two people in the front doing absolutely nothing. Like why make me wait to pay just because you want a specific person to check customers out when they’re in the back of the restaurant. It was very weird. Stop rationing the proteins, and start going to group therapy so you don’t make customers feel uncomfortable with the fact you hate each other but have to be coworkers. They only positive thing about this location is the cleanliness I will give them that. But even then I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. I always seem to get out in a bad mood by their attitude or the way they serve my food.

Never order delivery from this location. My jaw dropped when I got my food. The bowls weren’t even half filled. Feeling super ripped off and taken advantage of. $40 for less than half scoops. And the website only allows for feedback no actual accountability. As a frequent Chipotle customer i learned my lesson never order to go.

Never had any problems with this location but they were DEFINITELY mad about Buy One Get One today! (12/13/25) The only employees who were great was a man with glasses and a beard and a nice Caucasian girl at the register… all the other onces were Hispanic women mad about people getting their deal. Do better lol

Food was great as always tho

Just got a burrito delivery from this place, and all they did was pack it with rice. It didn’t have any chicken, barely any beans. But I got a whole lot of rice. I guess if you’re not there to watch them make it in person, they just cheat you out of your meal. Good to know this is the kind of service this place gives its guests.

At around 7:15pm on 02/27, we stopped here to grab dinner. I asked for a cheese quesadilla, and after seeing her grab a small children’s tortilla, I asked if I could instead do an adult one; she immediately got pissy, stared at me, and threw a pinch of cheese on it and started cooking it. It came out overcooked, and as she was already acting like a child, I didn’t want to point out that that was not an acceptable quality for the $10+ item. It ended up being burnt, and was paper thin with practically zero cheese on it.

Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. If you want to act like a baby because you didn’t pay attention to what I was asking for, then good luck staying sane in retail I guess; I’m just not going to put up with passive aggressiveness over doing your job.

Exceptional Service from Mayet, Araceli & Alex!

I had such a great experience during my visit to Chipotle. Mayet, Araceli, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They greeted me with warm smiles, handled my order with care, and worked together so smoothly even during a busy time. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made my meal extra enjoyable.

Thank you to this amazing team for their outstanding service — they represent Chipotle at its best!

This is from a company lunch order from June 26th, 2024. Our company has order here for lunch several times, as well as some employees have gone here on their own.

However, the food quality has drastically gone down, and several employee orders are often incorrect or missing something. I can see why it was on the actual news and social media shortly after this purchase.

This was the owners personal item:
Ordered a Burrito Bowl with Smoked Brisket, which is $2.10 more. Added white rice, fresh tomato salsa, green chili salsa, fajita veggies, romaine lettuce, cheese and sour cream.

The Smoked Brisket was 99.8% chunks of fat. You can see that in the pic on the plate next to the bowl. Those were the chunks of “brisket” (aka: lard) that I I didn’t eat. The actual “meat” is the two tiny slivers next to the sour cream. There was No fajita veggies. The romaine lettuce is the few strips you see on the side of the bowl next to the sour cream. The bowl mostly consisted of the rice and black beans and the tomato salsa. You can see how deep the rice and beans mix is based on the fork that is upright in the bowl. There was no cheese. I’m sure the green salsa was added, but probably blended in with the rice as they would usually put it on top of the veggies and lettuce that were missing.

Also, I had to get a paper plate to put my bowl on as you can see how greasy the bottom of the bowl is from what you can see in the picture. I should have taken a picture of the actual bottom of the paper bowl that they serve this in. It was really bad. Glad I was not in a vehicle and put it on the seat.

Our company no longer comes here.

I dont usually leave negative reviews and I like Chipotle, but this location needs some serious attention. 4:30p on a Thursday and every table was dirty inside, outside wasn’t much better. I finished my meal outside and still not a single table was attended to by the time I left and there were no customers in line. Other customers noticed the cleanliness issues and chose to eat in their car. Even the drink station was a mess.

Price: I’ll probably regret saying this but Chipotle is like Arizona iced teas. You can count on them to not raise their prices too much over the years. Average person will be around $9 or $10 per entree.

Food: I am a huge salad eater as most of you know. I love the SOFRITAS option here. It gives plant eaters more options, other than guac. Though the guac is good here too lol. This is how I make my salad:
•Lettuce
•Light brown rice
•Both beans, drained
•Sofritas
•Peppers
•Hot salsa
•Pico
•Corn
•Guaccc

Service: The ladies here are always kind, quick, and helpful. I don’t remember ever being in line for too long.

Environment: I’ve never noticed the cute art that’s on the walls around the restaurant. Check it out when you can. The metal pieces are my favorite ^_^

NTT [[Next Time Try]]: I like to tell myself that I’m going to eventually eat a taco here.

Smile, eat, hydrate. Hope to see you out there! xo
