I don’t know if this location is currently under different Management, but I will say over the last approximately year & 1/2 the service has been excellent!! I was one of many who absolutely use to hate this location. Now the Workers are courteous, the food is fresh & hot and they’ve gotten my order right every single time! Also the presentation of how they wrapped my whopper today was truly impressive. My Husband even mentioned something to me about the presentation, he was pleased! Please keep doing what you’re doing. You have a great Staff of people now. Thank you!

For the entire 30 years that I’ve lived here this has been the poorest service restaurant I’ve ever known. The personnel are not pleasant and not accommodating at any given time. They actually had someone here a couple years ago for a very brief time that was really nice and then they got rid of them. 10 minutes to do two cars in the Drive-Thru.

Ordered breakfast in the drive-through once I receive my food and the hashbrowns have been tried several times you can tell due to the hardness and excessive grease coming from them. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit would solidified the biscuit was so hard I could not bite them into it when I went back into the restaurant to aspiring fresh Food and Manager immediately stated that the hashbrowns were fresh and that’s all they had

Horrible service!!!! I went inside with my family today. People were standing in line inside and they were not even acknowledging them they were working the window the entire time. One girl had a headset on chit-chatting on the phone and giggling another young man was pacing and complaining to himself how he was about to quit but no one was acknowledging the people standing there waiting to order their food. So unprofessional!! So rude!! We just left and I doubt we will ever go back there.

Hi I went to I went to Burger King today with my dad. After his doctor’s appointment went to get some burgers. And of course, being very busy as they try the best to get everything. But anytime I try to ask a question or anything like that, I get the finger by particularly like this one staff Esteban, who was very rude. Not just to me, but to others. The other patriots I understand you’re busy, but you don’t have as do the hand in the figure. And you say, Hey, sir, or ma’am, can you give me a moment? I’ll try to get to you. Will say that I don’t know why I’m posting this but I just want that. My frustration, this it’s been a hard day and I don’t need to go back to the 90s. I ordered the SpongeBob meal and the experience was HORRIBLE. Mainly because 2 out of the 4 items I didn’t receive. They were out of the pineapple slushy drink and they did not give me the pie that comes with it. I have called the store 8 times no answer. The customer service is terrible and they really need more training..

Subject: A Plea for Accountability – Do You Care About Your Customers?

Dear OWNER OF THIS PLACE! SOS

I never thought I’d have to write this email. But after countless disappointing experiences at your establishment, I’m left with no other choice. I’ve tried leaving reviews, I’ve tried addressing issues in person, and yet—nothing changes.

Every single time I visit, my order is wrong. Either something is missing, or my simple requests—like no pickles—are completely ignored. It’s as if attention to detail and customer care no longer matter. But tonight, on February 1, 2025, at 11:09 PM, I experienced something far worse: outright disregard and hostility. after waiting for 30 minutes tor my order, THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE OH MY GOD! Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I cannot begin to express how disheartening this is. I have been a loyal customer, coming here every single Saturday. Not because I want to, but because this location is close to my home. But now I have to ask—am I wasting my time? Should I finally take my business elsewhere? Do you even care?

I am begging for an answer. If customer satisfaction means anything to you, if my loyalty matters at all, please—respond. Let me know if there is a way to reach you directly, whether by phone or email, because at this point, I need to hear it from you: Does my business matter to you, or should I finally walk away for good?

I hope you’ll prove to me that my concerns aren’t falling on deaf ears.

When I went to Burger King, There was no self ordering screens, and the bathrooms was locked for some reason?, and when we ordered our food we went to the drinks machine but only had coke and sprite, not even water . Anyways when we went to the condiment bar there was no ketchup, no mustard, and no mayo, anyways the food was good, would I come back?, No.

Also the AC wasn’t working properly and was a bit hot.

I wouldn’t just went to my school cafeteria because the food is free and way better than this and has good AC.
