Drinks were great but the staff absolutely would never go back. Travelling visiting the state, not only did the older lady with grey hair at the counter get my sisters drink wrong and then say “I took your order I know what you ordered” when she felt bad to even ask to say they forgot the other part of her drink, but the other shorter older lady with black hair while I was using the restroom kept knocking, consistently trying the door handle I would keep saying it was occupied and asked if she could wait. She kept getting louder with the knocking and she kept trying the handle til I finally told her to please stop as she was also pacing outside the stall. I wasn’t on my phone my stomach just sucked that day and I highly didn’t appreciate having a difficult day and a staff member do that, she could’ve used the men’s as they were single stall. Never have I encountered workers so blatantly rude. Don’t recommend, my family who does live here will never go back here.

I have been coming to this dunkin’ donuts drive through for way too many times, I would like to have noted. When trying to make a decision or what coffee I was going to order.. I was greeted by not only one , but two very rude employees. I explained to the girl that chimed in on intercom , that I was still trying to decide what coffee I would like. She took it as me yelling into the intercom. And then rudely told me byeee. Who would want service by these type of people? Mind you, there was nobody in the drive through at that current time, so who really was I holding up? Do Better!

We stopped here very early morning with our kids to grab breakfast on our road trip. Staff was so wonderful and super friendly. They were very sweet, nicest Dunkin I’ve been to.

Manager was rude, we asked for an ice chai latte and he hand us a cup of milk literally full of ice no straw either, when I tasted it I ask kindly to please add chai since it was flavorless and filled up with ice, he got mad and with extremely bad attitude said you have to request your preferences at the first window when ordering!!! I didn’t understand his answer “am i supposed to teach them how to make an ice chai latte when I order it through drive through “?? Otherwise they just pour milk and lots of ice on it???

Omg. I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant this morning here. The worst I’ve had in my life. The croissant was stale and the sausage patty had some strange perfume taste to it. Horrible! One bite and I threw it away.

Despite the negative reviews from some, every time I go here I’m treated very nicely. Finding the entrance and a way out, particularly if you’re turning left and heading east, can be a little tricky and cumbersome.

I am absolutely disgusted!! I am a major dunkin drinker as I get atleast one coffee a day. But today I got an iced coffee and as I took 3 sips I saw something all over my lid. As I removed the lid and wiped it off thinking nothing of it the last one I looked at I noticed looked like a bug. As I lifted my drink there was atleast 10 ants in the bottom of my COFFEE!!!! I have NEVER been so disgusted!! I ended up dumping the whole brand new coffee and pulled out the ants to take pics! Now I understand why so many dunkin donuts don’t pass inspections.

Of coffee and I was nearing the Dunkin’ on Clark rd east of Honore and stopped in. The service was fast and friendly and the donuts were fresh and plentiful. The coffee was hot and delicious and I knew I had made a good stop.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts every single day for probably the last five years. They treat everyone like a thief to where they will never pass you your food or coffee unless you pay first. They know me very well and I’ve even paid for people behind me. I just can’t believe the way they treat their customer, It’s very insulting.

I went to this dunkin location this morning and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The woman taking my order repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct. Once I received my order, my coffees were made perfectly and my food was hot and delicious.
