I did an order of a box, a 2 for 3 tacos order in the app and an order of caramel cheesecake bites. I paid $12 and only got 1 taco and my caramel cheesecake bites. I even called the store and the employees aid that I wasn’t supposed to get my food. I tried to go in the app after to report not getting my food and the app won’t load the customer support

I waited 45 minutes to get my food for a quesadilla and 2 burritos in drive-through. Mind you, there was no more than 6 cars in line at 10:30 pm on Saturday night. The cashier didn’t provide me with a receipt, which I can only assume was to deter me from filing a formal complaint. Go spend your money at a local taco vendor instead. This was nightmarish.

Ordered 2 classic grilled burritos and a bean and cheese burrito to which I was asked red or green sauce. When I pass my card over I was told my order is 11.23 as the employee walks back to the drive through register for payment. That’s an extra almost 3 dollars. I get my receipt back to a 4.19 beef burrito in place of my dollar bean and cheese burrito. Not coming back to this del taco for a good period of time regardless of living so close.

First experience of doing a mobile order and picking it up through a drive through. So grateful they waited to make my shake till I got there. I feel like that credit should be given. The girl working the drive thru was kind as well.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food on a Friday night after 10 p.m., and the order was wrong. I had to go back and wait another 20 minutes to get it corrected. I ended up spending more than an hour here. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. For better food and service, I recommend going to the location a few blocks away on Willow.
