Second time at a Hawaiian Bros and first time at this location. I got the hui hui plate and a spam musubi. The chicken was super tender with great teriyaki flavor. The salad Mac that comes with it is super creamy and delicious. The food came out incredibly quick.
Here are some cons. The rice was really hard and dried out on the plate. The musubi just does not have the flavor I am looking for, this wasn’t just an issue here but at the other location as well. I also cannot get behind the lack of interaction of people and are faced with using a tablet to order. Not marking down on that last part.
When I went to my first Hawaiian Bros, I did not have expectations and I was impressed. Now that I have expectations, I was not impressed with this location. I will have to try again and hope for the best. I am really wanting this location to work out.

Phenomenal Customer Service! I am a first time visitor and Eric who is the main cashier was super helpful and very patient. He helped me get set up with a rewards program and recommended different options. Super super helpful young man. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous! Because I became a loyalty member I got a free soft serve. That was really nice. The place is clean and people seem to really be happy when they walk in here to pick up their orders or coming in to sit and eat. I will definitely be returning to this location-soon and often—Aloha!

Had such a great experience at Hawaiian Bros! Foxx, the gentleman taking our order was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew the menu. When I asked about gluten, he had a chart right there with all the info and even offered to check with the cook to make sure there was no cross-contamination — that meant a lot!
The food was delicious, warm, and the portions were just right. Everything tasted fresh and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was also really clean. Definitely coming back!

I was just here at 11:55 last night to get my favorite order. I am back here for dinner leaving this review. I never remember to take pictures of my food because I pray over it and get started quickly. When you order your food, you head over to the register to get your cup or drink of choice and you don’t even get to take your drink to your seat and wait on your food to be done because they are already waiting for you with your food on a tray to bring it to your seat. Talk about fast hospitality. This is the place no doubt. My FAVORITE meal to get here is the Large mixed plate with Kilauea Chicken and Honolulu Chicken no Mac sub rice. I have tried just about all the food and it’s all delicious in every bite. Easily one of my Top 3 favorite restaurants of all time. If you want to try or eat authentic Hawaiian food….. you’ve got to come to Hawaiian Bros.

Our first time eating here and it was great! Also, being our first time, customer service was excellent and very informative on what to try and on the taste. I tried a wrap, and boy it was delicious! A small plate is also just the right size for those who don’t want to be too full and belly aching. Great place to try if looking for something different with a laid back environment.
