This Taco Bell ️ is freezing cold. We requested them to adjust the temperature, but they declined. We had to eat in the car . The soda machine was broken and the ground is full of water; in fact , you have to step into water to get your order. See pictures, please. Never go back to this place again.

I was in there the other day, 3 employees standing around doing nothing, they can’t come take your order? What a bunch of BS. I came to this Taco Bell to take advantage of the all day happy hour on deal on the freezes. You can only use the deal on the Taco Bell app so I put in my order when I got to the parking lot. It’s a pretty small lot so parking might be limited if you plan on going inside. They also have a drive thru too but like most Taco Bell drive thru, it’s narrow. I walked inside after placing the mobile order from my car. When I walked in, I told them I just put in a mobile order and they made the drink for me quick. The staff was very friendly and I sat inside for like 5 minutes while responding to emails. The place is well maintained and clean, there was like only 2 other customers in there.

Normally this is our go-to Taco Bell and we have ordered here many times before. Tonight we had a really bad experience here. We mobile ordered food when leaving for work and it took us about 10 minutes to get to Taco Bell. We were waiting in line at the drive-through for another 10 minutes and when we got to the window they gave us our drinks and had asked us to go to the front and they would bring out our food. We agreed and pulled around to the front and ended up waiting another 10 minutes and while waiting we watched FIVE cars get their food and leave while we still had not been taken care of. Walked up to the door and started knocking for them. While knocking at the door the employee at the window saw me and I watched him ask the cooks if the mobile order was done. It took another two minutes for him to bring us our food to which we asked why there were 5 cars they served before the mobile order that had already BEEN waiting. He said that our order was big and others had small ones so they catered to them first. We had ordered the 3 Doritos locos Tacos combo, a chicken quesadilla, guacamole cup, onions and cilantro cup and a little bag of the Cinnamon Twists. That is our usual order and this has never been my experience here nor anywhere that you mobile order food from. In total our order was 15 minutes late (not including driving time to get there). It was ridiculous to watch how our order was completely forgotten and that we were pushed off to the side while they made sure to kill their drive through line to make times. There was no reason for this but it was completely unacceptable.

Manager extremely rude. I always order a side of beans for my daughter. Every other location has no problem providing a side of beans in the black side dish. Well she is insisting I have to pay for pintos and cheese just to get a side of plain beans. Why do I need to pay for cheese and red sauce, when I am only getting beans. As mentioned any other location around does not have an issue with just a side of beans. I now understand the low rating of this location and will not return especially with the nightly manager as she is so rude.

they had me waiting and waiting dinner. guy told me its busy be patient . waited more and more . turns out their kiosk is not sending orders to their cooks platform. my order was not showing ip for cooks. wn they checked it was still not being released . im sure they had same issue before . dont go there WORS WORST . lost my lunch break. did not eat
