Dirty dining room. It’s not super busy at lunch right now but every table in view is dirty. I got Diet Coke on a napkin to wipe it down and feel like the ketchup smears weren’t a bloody crime scene

I drive past two mcdonalds to come to this one. I’ve only had a handful of problems but tonight I really wanted my fries fresh. They were not. It’s sad, and tonight I’m beyond frustrated. I know what your fries taste like is why I drive to your location. I will find a new mcdonalds because you didn’t take my request and gave me fries that were luke warm. You wouldn’t eat the crap you gave me, but you expect a paying customer to. However to the gentleman who takes the order and processes the payments, DUDE YOU’RE AMAZING. I will not be back due to lack of respect of my food.

Went to the drive through. Lady on the intercom was very short and rushing us through a short order. We got espresso in our coffees which is an additional cost. They didn’t put the espresso in the coffee and when we told them they said the machine was broken. We said ok so we just need a refund for the espresso, they were not friendly about that. Also all the medium drinks we purchased were small. Every time we go to this location there is always issues like this. They weren’t busy. It wasn’t a hard order 2 meals 4 drinks. They just seem to not care.

The breakfast, food and service has always been great until this one day. I did the online app and once I reached the drive-thru they told me that they were not able for another 30 minutes. Therefore they couldn’t take my number. I explained to them that I had already purchased online and they stated they couldn’t credit me back. But I noticed a day later my credit card account had been credited. Not sure what the problem was that day but normally great service and friendly service

This is by far the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. We visited on 12/14/2025 and witnessed dirty floors, drink machine, tables, etc. Food trays stacked so high in the lobby that you couldn’t add more trays. These appeared to be more than day old or current day mess that was made. A sign of pure laziness and disregard for health and safety.
I will not return to this location in fear of sanitary practices.

Went to this location to get the new Grinch meal. I went into the lobby and stood at the counter to place my order. I wasn’t even acknowledged for a full 20 minutes. The crew was only worried about the orders in the drive thru, not customers in the lobby. Even people that had placed orders on the kiosk were having to wait a REALLY long time. I get the fact that it’s hard to find enough help these days but, if someone had actually acknowledged that I was even there I wouldn’t have cared. I ended up leaving without ordering.

Manager lady with no bra was rude. Asked for a ranch as she was just standing there waiting or food or whatever to bag. She said ‘you gotta ask her’ talking ab girl who was off doing something instead of grabbing right in front of her. The bathrooms and floors were lowkey gross.
