We love panda… but this location isn’t the greatest at customer service, tonight’s meal was my last night going there, they don’t serve you well in the drive through, pick up orders they always get wrong and tonight 11/13/2025 there was a staple in my husbands food… GOOD thing he saw it because if he hadn’t only God knows what that could have done to his body.
Step it up, do better it’s not hard to give good customer service I do it every day at my job. And check your food! Follow the order that a person orders it’s not hard it’s written down for you.

I have eaten there several times and the food is good for “fast Asian food” with the exception of the noodles. Always dry…
However, I don’t understand being open at 10 but the store not being ready for full service at 10am.
I do deliveries and several times I have had orders at 10:15-10:30 and I am waiting on part of my customers order to be finished cooking.
Drivers don’t get paid to wait so it is very frustrating. Being open means to be ready.

February 2026: Convenient location, but quality and flavor way off compared to other Panda Express franchise locations.
I always get the chow mein and rice plate with different entrees. The CM Noodles are bland and watered down, orange chicken is never hot or fresh, and rice always has a refrigerated, day-old taste. This doesn’t hit the spot when you’re craving Panda.
I don’t know enough to narrow the culprit down to ingredients or personnel cooking the food, but it’s not great.

I’d like to share my frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order for a family meal and a plate, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, it wasn’t ready. They were still waiting on chow mein. After receiving my order, I drove home and opened the box (plate) to find it contained only rice. The rest of the order was correct, so I called the restaurant. They initially suggested I come back another time for a replacement, but I asked to come back immediately. They agreed, but I had to bring the incorrect order back. Upon returning, the employees inspected the container, laughed, and then added the orange chicken. They told me to wait eight minutes for the honey chicken. I requested sweet fire chicken instead and fresh rice, as the original rice had been sitting for 40 minutes. She was again irritated at me and agreed to give me fresh rice. I then asked for a refund or partial refund since I had to drive back due to their mistake. She said no since it was a mobile order. I had the receipt and I was only asking for a refund for the plate not the whole meal. I ended up leaving, got home only time find out one of entrees I had ordered in the family meal was wrong as well. I had only checked to make sure the containers were full. I didn’t open them. I didn’t bother contacting them again. I won’t go back to this location.

Absolutely the worst franchise owned. Decided to chose a favorite and was extremely disappointed. Was told grill was down to make chicken but had every $$$ grill item as substitute. You will not scam your customers because you are too lazy to work. Avoid at all cost or check your bank account afterwards, tried to get a picture of the caked sauce on the rice but they mixed it up. Shady as hell avoid if you don’t want to get sick.

I just ordered food at Panda Express and was quite disappointed. I specifically asked for extra sauce, but when I drove off and few minutes later checked the bag, I found my bag was completely empty. The food was okay, but the lack of attention to my request really impacted my experience. Two stars for the meal, but I hope they improve their service.

There’s a good selection of meat dishes (mainly chicken dishes) for meat lovers. If you’re looking strictly for vegetable dishes, you won’t find it here. The closest was green beans with chicken, and mushroom & zucchini with chicken. The other main dishes were deep fried shrimp and peppery steak. You have a choice of 3 sizes – small, medium, or large with only one item in each container. We choose to have the green beans with chicken, mushroom & zucchini with chicken and honey sesame chicken in a medium size. Each container averaged $8. There’s limited choices for vegetarians.
The taste was average. Nothing wowing. To save yourself some money, I suggest you make the rice at home and serve it with your meal. This location is near Walmart. You can do takeout, drive-in or dine in. There’s even outdoor seating with umbrellas. A good choice when you want something different for lunch or dinner.

I don’t know how hard it is to follow the order. Screen outside has been broken for months so couldn’t review orders. 50% of the time they couldn’t get orders right. Not sure how hard it would be to ask customers if not sure what they ordered. I was the only one in the drive through so it was not even busy.

I guess if you’re going to have a Chinese fast food chain It might as well be Panda Express. I have eaten there rarely. For the most part I’d rather go to a traditional Chinese restaurant. But there’s something to be said for price. I think that’s where their fan base is. I find that their food could use more flavor. I think they hold back on the amount of salt to satisfy some nutritional measuring stick. Parking is decent since it shares a lot with Starbucks. I’ve always been able to find a space.
