This was genuinely the nastiest food I have ever gotten from dunkin. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the hashbrowns, along with some iced coffee. Coffee was BURNT, tasted so bad. Hashbrowns were inedible, you can tell the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in the last decade or so. Not to mention the bagel was completely burnt. I ordered on Uber Eats so paid extra for this disgusting food. I am so disappointed because I used to get the bacon egg and cheese bagel all the time and it was delicious. Do not recommend the Raytown location. Gross

My vehicle was stalled out and stuck in the drive thru this morning for about 15 minutes due to a sudden battery issue. My daughter went inside to let the manager know. She was told there was no manager there by the female associate at the front register. After letting the associate know that we were stalled in the drive thru, she said, “Oh ill let my manager know.” I thought there was no manager on duty?! We were directly across from the back door of the restaurant with only the ability to go forward or backwards out of the drive thru. As my daughter tries steering and I’m pushing the van (in the rain, mind you) 2 MEN walk out the door. The first man ignores us. The second man who was wearing the headset acknowledged me finally after I asked him for help steering while I push. He told me that as soon as they had somebody to help, they would. There were SEVERAL employees (large men) who could have assisted us. Atleast ask if they could assist in any way. We had been out there atleast 10 minutes at this time. Make a long story short, no one ever helped us. Like where is your humanity?? Where is your customer service?? 2 men see 2 Women needing help and ignore us. Thankfully, I was able to jump start my van and we pulled out of there. I will never return for the simple fact that your employees lied to us about there being no manager on duty and turned a blind eye to me and my daughter who were in need. Even if they were unable to help, they could have let us know that and NOT ignored us in our time if need, only saying they would help after I asked and then to make matters worse, never did. Wow!! Arrived in the store at 8:35 a.m. and what did I see?… Empty cases with very! limited selections available. Then, I proceeded to wait 15 minutes to be served due to all of the “door dashers” waiting on pickups. Since when do in store customers take a back seat to door dash? I was not at all happy with the rude help and will NEVER! set foot in this location again… Dunkin,…DO BETTER!!!

I was a daily coffee customer, but not anymore. The rudeness of the 7AM 10/27/2025 drive thru shift was absolutely atrocious. I ordered on the app at about 6:30AM and the worker, in a rude tone (almost like she was yelling at me) tells me she didn’t have my order. It finally came through and she accuses me of ordering it “just now.” Um…no, I ordered it 30 minutes ago. Learn some customer service. Just because YOUR APP delays my order, you approach this situation with professionalism and class. Not accusations. Not only that, my drink, which is just a couple shots of espresso and milk, is often made incorrectly. This place is never busy and now I see why. I won’t be back to this location. I’ll go to Dutch Bros, even though they’re insanely busy. They at least act like they like their job and make my drink correctly.

I went to this location for the $6 breakfast deal. The food was excellent! It was prepared fresh. However the service wasn’t. The staff were rude and condescending. My to go bag didn’t have any napkins in it and I asked for one. I was barked at like I was bothering them. Also at 10.20am, the service shouldn’t be this slow. They weren’t busy at all.

The town closest to us that has a Dunkin donuts told us to come a week later to get the boo baskets, we get there at 6:00 in the morning and the lady there is having a bad day and she tells us they’re out and they’re not going to order any more and all of Kansas City is out of it my daughter is distraught, then I’m over here at this location and I asked them and the nice lady that’s running the drive-thru right now said yes we have those so she saved the day she deserves a raise it was an excellent experience and now my 9-year-old will have her boob bucket, this has made my day thank you

They shoved all of the doughnuts in the same bag so they were all smashed together and looked pretty gross. Two stars because our drink orders were right even though they all had been spilled partially down the sides. Pretty terrible experience overall since the people taking and giving out orders were also pretty unfriendly. Definitely going elsewhere in the future.

I tried to use my code for free hash browns and the guy handed me my drink then I asked about the hashbrowns and he said it was invalid because we had to order hashbrowns he never said the code was not valid because of that until we asked I would think common sense would be to put the hashbrowns in for the code to work but no he tried to say we had to go all the way around (I’ve never used a code at the store only online) so I was unsure about how to do but I did tell the order taker I had a code to scan nothing was said about adding that product to be able to use the code. I guess common sense isn’t so common at this Dunkin!

I came in for my free coffee – the special offer, and the staff was very nice and polite. The store was clean and I have never had Dunkin before but the coffee was absolutely delicious! Yum
