Management is awful. Very rude lady at the window working night shift.. Will never ever return here ever again. Might be open late but so are many outher much better restaurants that actually taste good and for a decent price. And your ai is garbage. I was frustrated with it repeatedly interrupting me and getting my order wrong. The rude lady said don’t yell at our AI. Lol

I don’t understand spending $10 on a combo meal and not being allowed even one sauce with the meal. If the meal is that much at least one sauce should be free. Instead they wait until you get to the window to tell you there is an additional fee of fifty cents to have one sauce with your meal. I won’t be back to this location. I’ve never had that happen at any other Wendy’s. I understand if I was not buying food but a regular, not value menu, combo meal should come with one free sauce.

I decided to visit Wendy’s for breakfast. My first. I tried to use the kiosk to order but could not order coffee instead of a soda. I went to the register and felt uncomfortable because I had to use the register. The manager had to “sign” in the cashier. I ordered a breakfast meal. The bacon on the crossiant was tough and hard to chew. The egg at 6am was clearly previously prepared and tough. The potatoes were okay and easy to eat.

The older lady who checked us out through the drive thru, longer blondish braid, was so sweet and genuinely made me and my boyfriends night. All we got was a frosty but she still made sure to be friendly and had some light hearted banter! I didn’t catch her name but she is a sweetheart

Since when do you have to pay for BBQ sauce? I asked for some BBQ sauce and the lady said they charge for sauces now. Food was over cooked as well. The lady at the drive thru window was rude and had a nasty attitude. Will not be going to the location anymore. Very unprofessional of that lady.

Place has gone downhill quick. They used to be on point. Now the burgers smell like fish, not sure how that’s happening but they are inedible at times. The orders are always wrong. The workers have a bad attitude. They need to clean house and start fresh. Those burgers are probably sitting out all day for them to smell that way. Why is it back on the edges. It doesn’t taste burnt. Just fishy

I stop there on My way Home from work today. Heather gave me an amazing service as allways when she work. She is the most sweeter person in this restaurant. Hope they never move her to any other Wendy’s around. She is the Best manager. She really know how to treat costumer’s. The rest are just a bunch of rude peoples, they should learn from Heather. here for late night food we were at the drive-through window in no time wondering how we come to find Diana and her crew just well bluntly kick ass here!!
We noticed her and our crew doing their job, fast, efficient and accurate as well as being kind, generous and caring towards any necessities she can provide us for our needs before departure. And people with service like that is what pleases me as a repeated customer. Definitely recommend this Wendy’s. Props to Diana !!

I was doing Doordash tonight and picking up an order. The girl at the counter, a dark skinned thin girl with glasses, didn’t let me take both bags included in the order. She insisted that what was there was the whole order so I took her word for it and the customer was shorted some food.
