This location either needs a new staff or to simply close. Food is always cold, always wrong and usually the order has missing items. It’s been this way for too long and they won’t fix it or give you a refund for the missing items.

The manager James makes sure orders are corrected in a timely manner if they are messed up. He makes sure the restaurant is clean and left in a good condition when he leaves and he goes above and beyond what I’ve seen happening on other shifts. I won’t go unless he’s there.

Check your entire order if you go get food here. Even if it looks exactly right, unwrap the sandwiches and open the boxes, too. The past two times in a row they have messed it up or left a sandwich out, even when I order the same thing every time. At least the food tastes okay.
