Nothing says, “Invisible” than having multiple workers in this establishment look at you seated at a table and completely ignore you. I was there a good hour with zero interaction. Granted, it was the SuperBowl, but I had two of their servers a short feet from my table outside, look at me, and disregard even asking if I was okay or hungry or thirsty. No menu, nothing. Ouch, because I was hungry and thirsty after a long day at work. Loss of business and certainly not recommending. I left at halftime. Not worth it. Will not be returning.

We order boneless wings and I think that’s they are rationing sauce out. Most of these wings didn’t have sauce at all! If they had enough sauce on them, it would have been excellent.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I had the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life today. It took me until this very moment to write this review, because I’m straight traumatized. Today, I had the experience of almost eating an entire latex glove that was found in my Buffalo chicken dip & a salad bag strip in my salad. All in the exact same sitting. The manager dis not apologize or offer to make the situation right. Not once did he offer an apology. Not once did he offer to compensate our meals. And not once did he have a surprised look on his face. On the other hand, the waitress that served us was very polite. I’ve sent corporate an email and will be following up with a phone call tomorrow. That was beyond disgusting and ridiculous.

Horrible experience!! Sign said seat yourself so we did … 15 minutes later the waitress finally comes over for the drink order & give menus, she put the drinks on the table with the straws and walks off didn’t ask if we wanted an appetizer or if we were ready. 44 minutes later she finally showed back up to take our order for an appetizer!! Once the appetizer finally came out we had been at the restaurant for an hour. She didn’t get us refills the entire time waiting don’t tell us if the kitchen was back up or anything. Sat 17 minutes waiting on her to come back to take our actual order. We are now at this restaurant for almost 2 hours before we get our actual meal. It comes out cold … of course. We finally got a refill when the food was brought. The restaurant was filthy. Tables that hadn’t been cleared off from people who ate 45 minutes ago. An entire drink was spilled on the floor NO ONE cleaned it up. Every staff walked over it. Will NOT be going back. There was 1 waiter I seen that was actually doing his job, everyone else looked and acted like they did not want to be there.

My guess is they are terribly short handed. It was super slow, I witnessed someone walkout due to being unable to place a drink order, another fella ordered at the takeout counter because of how slow the bar was. The bartender was sweet and doing her best, but it was too much for any one person. Food was good, but a bit cold by the time I received it. Most very obviously frustrated with the lack of service.

This has to be one of THE WORST buffalo wild wings I have ever been too when it comes to customer service. It is very rare you can actually come in and get decent service and when you ask who the server is, you’re met with an attitude. Really a shame because the food is decent but it’s overshadowed by the crappy service.

Nice environment with good music. The waitress was right on at the beginning of the visit and very prompt to the ordering and delivering of food. However, it took a good 20 min afterwards to find her to get the ticket to pay. The food was amazing. We ordered 30 wings with different flavors. Tuesdays offer 1/2 off on wings, sp that was a huge plus. We will come back probably on a Tuesday!! Thanks.

I’ve given this BWW two attempts and it still has the worst bar service in Albany. On bartender services the entire establishment on a football Sunday. The wait for drinks is horrible. Food is normally good, but the level of service takes that away

Worst customer service experience ever. Just leaving now. The employees here needs to understand that the customers are the reason they are in business. Greetings and first impressions says a lot. Laughing acting as if you don’t want to be there will have me running out every time. This was my first and last time. The host act as if we were disrupting her day. Never got a hey or have a seat. I asked a question and got a short response. It’s okay bc I work very hard for my money and have many options.

It was slow on a Monday (12-8-25) but there was dirty tables. The food was OK. My wings were good, but needed more sauce. I got hot, and they barely had sauce. Got onion rings, and it looked like the bottom of the bag. Small pieces were burnt. They should not have brought that to me. I had to ask for sauce for the ones I could eat. I asked for celery twice. Didn’t get it. My wife’s chicken strips were hard, and seemed to be freezer burnt(my opinion) No paper towels in men’s room. $23 average a person on bar food. So $50 for us to eat, not so great stuff.
