They finally have vanilla frostys back! In NM and OR for a long time there were no vanilla frostys at Wendy’s. The burger was exactly as I ordered it and the vanilla frosty was freaking awesome!!!!
The service was pretty good too. The chicken strips needed 5 more minutes so I parked and got them in under 5 minutes. The food was up to Wendy’s quality. And the prices I felt were better than other fast food restaurants. And the food was better than most.

Orderd 3 baconators, 2 fries and a cup of chili. The burgers was wrong because it was the daves doubles on the burgers. They made me wait on the side becuase of the window order time. They worry about their time instead of worrying about getting the right order. When I called the store, there was no one that picks up. I will definitely call corporate for this poor service.

I came here on foot from Americas Tire across the street, hoping for a great sandwich and some frys.
The girl at the counter looked very distracted, and clearly wanted to be somewhere else. And I get it, working fast food must not always be exciting and fulfilling. But she spoke so fast and so unclear that my questions about the difference between a Baconator and the Big Bacon Classic were of no use. If she could have rolled her eyes it would have at least made it amusing. Not really though.
The food was hastily thrown together and not too good.
Best thing was the Coke, and they did not make that!
The inside atmosphere was the one good thing about my trip. Comfortable booths with both padding on back and seat. A hangout place, a tv, and nice lighting and amenities. Good job there, local franchise owner.
Next time I will get the special, but probably from a different location.

I always get a Cobb salad, it would come with eggs, bacon, chicken, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Except this time. When I got home and open container, all I saw was lettuce and chicken, nothing else. UNACCEPTABLE

This used to be my favorite Wendy’s because of their customer service. I noticed a change in staffing. There use to be an Asian lady that was manager or assistant manager there. Her whole staff were great. Her whole crew were great and provide exceptional service.
However, now that she’s good this location has gone down hill. Food is cold and staff lack customer skills and all look like they rather being somewhere else. This is how my back potato looked today.

Ordered 2 $5 biggie bag the GM” Konya” I don’t know why she’s seems confused, gave her $20.90 for a $10.90 total, she did not give me my change and receipt and placed all my orders in one bag, I was waiting for for her and told me everything is in the bag, but I found out no change was given and no receipt, went back to complain and told them the situation and I was treated like I am a thief. So I filed a complaint to corporate. They can check their cameras and they can see and prove if they handed me my change. But they refused.
