We had brunch here today and it was really good! Super friendly staff, quick efficient service, reasonable portions and the food was perfectly cooked! I got an omelet and my fiancee got the French toast with bananas and strawberries.
Prices are reasonable!
A large group came in at the same time we did, and the staff handled seating quickly and professionally.

We are regulars on Sunday morning at this location and after the last two experiences we will not be back. Last weekend we waited over an hour for our food. This morning we were seated for about 10 minutes when a 6 top came in. Their drink order was immediately taken and we were still waiting for our waitress to acknowledge our existence. We left.

Had the best breakfast! We ordered pancakes & eggs (of course) our server Brenda sat us down…served us immediately and gave us the best service as we enjoyed a nice breaky!

I’m giving Ihop Alamogordo an overall score of 2 because of the service. We waited almost an hour for our food. Our server was mediocre and definitely needed more training. The food was good as it saved this rating from getting a 1. I’m not convinced that I will visit this particular location again due to the service and time we waited for our meal.

Today was one of the worst. This is just about the time to wait on the food. Restaurant clean, waiter very good but it would have been nice to know they didn’t have many cooks. We waited 50 mins for our food, finally we was told they just started on it. 50 mins later. I HOP DO BETTER AT LEAST tell us their will he a 45 to 50 min wait. I mean if I was in a hurry we would have to got up and left.

It has good evening deals. I had tried going late morning, and it is always too crowded for my taste. My server was outstanding. I am likely to return soon…in the evening again.
The next visit was unpleasant at best. Pancakes were cold and waitress (Shenicka) unconcerned. I completed the survey offering a free short stack, which you can keep. It will be a long time before I return.

Went here for a breakfast with friends. All 4 of us ordered coffee and when it was brought out, two of the four mugs had bright red lip prints on them, our server brought two new cups and one of those also had red lip prints. Service was slow and our server had to be asked multiple times to bring to go boxes. In addition to this, the server didn’t listen when we asked for all separate checks, she split it into two checks instead of four. Very poor performance in service and general hygiene of this place. The food was fine but nothing to get excited about.

Almost didn’t come here after the negative reviews but I love IHOP pancakes and I am so glad we visited. Sara was our server and she was wonderful. The food came quickly and was IHOP worthy! If you like IHOP I hope your visit here will be like mine!

I used to love this place, now it’s definitely down the drain section, we waited an hour and ten minutes for the food from the moment we ordered. I asked for bacon avocado Benedict eggs, the eggs were hard boiled and the bacon was so burned that it was like eating coal, the crepes would have been a good flavor if not for the fact the were drenched in chocolate syrup instead of a few lines like the picture. Last time we went, was almost eight months ago and we were trying to give it another chance, but this was even worst than that time when they brought something completely different that we have ordered.
