As we got seated at the last booth by the bar. I noticed the table, seats and walls were dirty. Spider web and sauce stains all over. We ordered a LG hand tossed chicken pepperoni pizza. As well as some cheesy bread. The pizza was very well done on top and the bottom of it was under cooked. There was also hamburger beef on the pizza that wasn’t requested for. The waitress said “what you want me to bring you another slice because of it”. I just didnt have much to say after that reply. Customer service was poor not sure if it was because we weren’t regulars. I still tipped the young lady. This place needs improvement.

Not a bad spot. We had never been both ordered side ceasar salads with pizza. The boy had a hand tossed pizza that he felt could have used more cook time he felt it was a little doughy and I had an individual thin crust as I’m not a huge pizza fan and I was hoping being thin crust it would have had more of a crisp to it. I prefer my pizza just shy of burnt, toppings and all. I usually won’t ask for it that way but next time I will. Air frying leftovers for lunch tomorrow and I’m sure that will give us both the style we love. All in all toppings and flavors were good, we’d definitely go back for another round. Menu looks great, I’m a chicken tenders girl (my safe food), tonight I was trying to stay away from it and feel like I did choose well. Drinks were excellent as well. If you haven’t been don’t sleep on this spot, I feel like there is something for everyone.

We drove from Fort Leavenworth since this is the closest Old Chicago and we really wanted it. I regret not driving to the Olathe location.
We were sat around 6:20pm. At 6:44pm we still had not been acknowledged, no drink order taken and I contemplated leaving as it was not busy for Saturday but I really wanted pizza rolls.
A waitress casually walking by asked if we had been helped. She was kind enough to take our drink order and our food order too since we were ready. We waited another 10-12ish mins and the restaurant cleared out significantly. At thisnpoint theres less than 6 tabkes and maybe 6 people at the bar. Our drinks finally arrive- HOT. The ice was mostly melted and the soda was room temp at best. Disgusting and I couldn’t even drink mine.
Food came and I was immediately disappointed. My Chicken and Mac looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The melted cheese on top had hardened. My daughters Chicken Pesto Alfredo looked better. But when I tried a bite, it too was room temp. The only food that arrived that was hot and delicious was the pizza roll appetizer things. 2 of my children did get refills and those were delivered quickly so I thought maybe those would actually be cold. Nope, its like the soda machine was broken and not cooling the soda.
I did not complain to the waitress or ask for a discount because at the end of all this, I should have left after 20 mins of waiting for service but I chose to stay so its my fault.
Paid $70 plus tip for crap food.
Save your money. We go out to eat once a month at best and I am very upset we wasted our money snd time here.

Food was great and came out fast! Service was lacking for us. Our server was pushy about us ordering. No idea why. We were in and out in about 45 min if that. The server at the table next to us was super friendly so server experience will vary.

Overall, the couple experiences have been good. This last time could have been better. The car seat sling we got had trash in it, we weren’t given plates or utensils. I feel like the first time we went their beer list was much bigger.
The double deckeroni is a good pick, but would recommend a thicker crust with the grease.

Great place, great food, and wonderful employees! Maya goes above and beyond to expedite food and drinks for patrons! She’s the best of the best! Plenty of bar space, drinks on tap or bottled! Great facility, tasty food, nightly specials, and nice crowd! Perfect for a tasty lunch or a late night meal! You won’t be disappointed in any way!

Food was fine. Service was meh. Things were moving slow despite the restaraunt being basically empty. The 3 young female waitresses spent 20+ minutes at a table in the corner playing on their phones and talking loudly. Mens bathroom was NASTY. Smelled like urine. Urinals looked like they’d never been cleaned before. Mirror was dirty as all get out. Trash overflowing. Billy our waiter was cool. Did a good job. Would not recommend this place overall.

Excellent staff, facility, and food! Like a new modern “Cheers!” Maya, the bartender, does a fantastic job and stays in the direct vicinity of the bar area! Impressive employee who knows her business inside and out!

I am so glad I decided to give Old Chicago a second chance! When I first visited this location several years ago, I wasn’t very impressed. However, my recent visit completely changed my mind. I had a delicious calzone with amazing ingredients – honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.
One small area for improvement would be for the staff to check on the tables more frequently and offer refills more often. Other than that, it was a very nice surprise, and I’m really happy I returned. Highly recommend giving them another try if you haven’t been in a while!

Oh where to start. First. All the staff resemble the cast of the Walking Dead. Our pizza was soggy like someone forgot to wipe off the water before tossing the pizza on and making it.
A plate my child had nothing but burnt product on it. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the Mac and cheese was cold. Lke they made everything BEFORE the pizza was done. Poor timing when making the food?
The host was in clear view of where I was sitting and witnessed vaping in the back. Gonna do that don’t do it where customers can see.
Everyone apparently had long waiting times and unfortunately the food was not worth the wait or the price. And the service didn’t make it any better.
My family and I won’t be returning.
As I told my children, I’m not mad I’m just disappointed.
