This store deserves Negative 10 stars!! The lack of professionalism and the way the employees speak to the guests is atrocious!! Tonight I go in to pick up an Uber delivery order and ask the girl working if they could make fresh fries. She said no. I said wait, what, she said “what, you heard me, I said No! When the bin is empty we’ll make new ones, and dont give me the if a customer wants fresh fries we have to make them bs” i had no words and left knowing i didnt want anything from this place again!! Everyday i come for uber and this location should be shut down!! Between the homeless sleeping on tables or asking for money and the students that come in after school and cant act appropriately and respect other guests or staff and the property need to be held accountable for their actions!! Its insane the punks are sitting on tables, smoking weed in vestibule, starting fires in tbe restrooms, dumping urine in the soap dispenser, flooding the toilets, and just acting like animals meanwhile the cops are sitting outside not doing a damn thing!! Thats a daily experience at that location and nothing ever gets better and no one gets held accountable!! Today i go in to find a smashed door because someone didnt like that theu have to close the lobby now between the hours of 2pm and 4pm because high-school aged kids dont know how to act!! THIS IS REDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO CHANGE OR SHUT DOWN!!!

So yesterday i ordered some food through the Mcdonalds app, when the food arrive i checked and the nuggets were cold, the fries were cold and the best part the meat of my burger were raw, next time send me the order raw and i cooked it in my house.

1/11/2025 I like how they cooked french fries and delicious strawberry and banana smoothie but one thing is disappointed me that I was told If I want more than 1 sweet and sour, I’ll have to pay for it. What?? I’ve never heard of it and I knew we all should get free for sauce . I wouldn’t eat french fries without sauces and I pay for food and they get paid for served us better food. What a weirdo and they can do better than that. I’m talking about the lady cashier from last night by 10:45p around. Or is because she treats me differently because “I’m deaf” smh. She isn’t friendly

A standard McDonald’s. I ordered through their app prior to picking up. I highly recommend this since you can gain points for free food. The food was ready and everything was good when we picked it up at the drive through. Aside from the line being long, everything came out good. The service was decent too.

This place is straight out a scary movie, you got homeless people bombarding you at your car while stuck in line and on top of that they take half an hour to make a couple burgers. I ordered two root beers got one coke and one dr pepper. My fry was half full. Horrible service all around.
