For whatever reason they believed this was the best Los Amigo’s in town and worth driving to instead of the one 5min away on stadium. I’ve ate from several of the other locations and have yet to notice a difference in service or food. The service is good and the food is ok, but nothing to drive cross town for. Fairly standard tex next faire. We typically came for lunch, and usually are immediately sat. Chips and salsa always arrive with the server. I’ve had several of their dishes over the years, the carnitas is typically my favorite. They usually order chicken tacos or nachos. Prices are good for the portions you get, especially at lunch.

I’ve been here at least 3 times in the last year and 1 delivery order today. I don’t usually leave reviews but I love Los amigos, there is always leftovers and a good amount of food for money. The staff is nice and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had there so far. It’s a good place to go if you’re craving Mexican food!

The server seems really nice. He was very attentive and I low-key feel bad that we didn’t get an enjoyable experience here.
Ai in the doorway and waiting area. The menu pictures are quite odd, there’s purple beans on the menu? The menu is very similar to the purple beans example. Probably won’t be returning, food was alright. All the employees were on their phones, our server stayed attentive but he was on his phone, in the dining area with other servers.

The people were great, very nice, and friendly. I like the restaurant, and usually the food is great. I was a bit adventurous this time and ordered the seven seas soup. Shrimp, scallops, crab meat. Takes longer because it’s prepared fresh. Too fresh, because the crab legs and little crawfish were not shelled, they were sticking out of my soup bowl. I was in shock, I expected the meat in the soup, not me having to try to break it open and add it. I had to ask for the tool to crack the legs open, what a mess. Very fishy taste. Not worth the $24. My husband was done eating by the time I finally started so I took it home…

OMG! I Ordered the Fajitas Chimichangas Jalisco and I simply could not eat it all, but boy did I try!
Nice relaxing atmosphere, great energy room the service staff and wonderful conversations with guests at surrounding tables.

The first picture is mouse poo. Meaning that this location probably/definitely has mice. Had we seen this at the beginning of our visit we would have left before getting started – which we should have done anyway. 7:15 on a Saturday night and this place is dead. Waitresses are on their phones and our terrible waiter can never be found. He was slow and constantly missing. My tamales were dry, mostly corn, and lacked flavor. My son said his burrito was a 4 out of 5 but no one else rated their food above a 2. We asked the hostess for our bill after a really long wait. We just wanted the hell out. This is my second Los Amigos restaurant and last. With so many Mexican options in the greater Kalamazoo area I will spend money somewhere else. Vomit

Where to start I have been here a few times and the service has always been very good. The food has always been good. The booths are nice and roomy.The only down side is the booth seats. They are torn and the cushion is warm out.

My wife and I have eaten here several times and love it. The food and service are top quality. Lately we’ve found the Molcajete to be our favorite. We share it and still have enough leftovers for at least another meal for each of us. The workers are all so kind, fun, and happy. They make us feel great every time we come… After a poor experience next door at the Main St Pub, we aborted our dinner over there and came to Los Amigos where we KNEW we would be well taken care of and they lived up to it!
