Always takes longer than they say to get the food. Pay for an extra ranch and they don’t put it in the bag. Been eating here for over 10 years and the last 3 times just isn’t the same. Quality of the food continues to go down and prices go up. Bland cheesesteaks, terrible fries and average pizza. Order well done wings and they’re barely cooked.

I ordered online, on toast. They gave me a pick up time of 10 after. I got there got checked in. I stood there for half an hour. Five or six DoorDash people came in and out and got there order right away.I finally had to go up to the counter. I had to explain to them that I ordered almost an hour ago. I had been standing there for a half an hour. The pizza didn’t even taste all that good. It didn’t taste like it was baked all the way. It had a weird smell.

Unfortunately I won’t be back after eating here twice a week for years now. My order started out bad. I call in at 11:25 and didn’t get my order until 12:07. I was told 15-20 mins when I placed my order. They made the first one wrong and had to remake and that Stromboli came out raw. They are going to make people sick.the bottom was burnt the top was raw. They had 8+ workers and they still couldn’t get it right.

I love getting single sliced pizza for lunch, it’s the only time I come. Lunch special i always get is less then $12 for 2 slices of pizza a drink and I add fries can’t beat that . And when I say I want NY style pizza this is what I mean !! Truthfully 2 could eat this.

we were told our order would be ready 15 minutes after we called, then ended up waiting an hour for these pizza knots that weren’t even good. i’ve ordered these from other elizabeths pizza restaurants for years and they are always very good. we also requested ranch instead of marinara sauce, and if i hadn’t asked the girl at the front of we could pay for extra ranch we would’ve only received 2 marinaras, which we did not want. i’m only giving 3 stars for the nice employees at the front counter.

Great pizza! The spaghetti is delicious! All the employees are very friendly and smile! Susie is a very good waitress. Susie is helpful and she knows most people in town since she’s worked at a lot of other pizza places in High Point and served a lot of locals.

Elizabeth’s is hands down our go-to restaurant. Their pizzas are great, and I love how thin the dough is rolled and how chewy the crust is. Never overly saucy. Salads are great, and I can’t say enough about their baked spaghetti, either with meat sauce or meatballs. The strombolis are huge (even the small order)and packed full of ingredients. Their French fries are perfect, especially with their ranch dressing. Our service there is always great and we’re treated well, whether it’s just two of us or a large group. Our cups never go empty, and our food is always ready quickly. This place is one of few whose food holds up well for take out, and is every bit as good at home as it is dining in. We love this place!

Finally found a great pie in this area, absolutely wonderfully cooked pizza. Do not be fooled like I was, not all Elizabeth’s pizzas are created equal. I was not impressed when I tried the Greensboro location at all but this location is awesome. Best pizza I’ve had in North Carolina.
