WOW! It’s a ways from my house BUT…. everything about this location is GREAT! I live in Arlington and all the ones closest to me are CLOSED. The one by UTA is NOT good! Here, the food is all properly cooked, the staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. And, it’s one of the cleanest fast food places I’ve been in! Great job- everyone!

I deleted my original review because corporate made things right the first time. My only issue was that my receipt was cut short, so I couldn’t complete the survey to redeem my offer.

Well… I went back again, and the exact same thing happened. The bottom of the receipt was torn off again. I’m not sure what they gain by doing this—not all surveys are negative, and customers should be able to use their offers. Having this happen twice feels very intentional.

For proof, the photo was taken immediately after I walked out to my car. I didn’t bother going back inside because I didn’t want the issue brushed under the rug.

Please check your receipt before you leave. Even if you don’t care about the surveys, this still shouldn’t be happening.

I don’t know what Valentina VanZant is talking about. I was there at the same time as she was and the staff was really helpful. From what I over heard, there online system was down. One of the workers there wrote down her online order so they could work on it. Someone also hand her a charger so she could charge her phone while she waited. I was stunned by the awesome customer service which they have provided which is why I was going to make a review in the first place. I just so happened to see the same lady complained instead of praising them.

Staff is awesome, Valentina VanZant needs to do better!

Went to dine inside to make sure the food was fresh. Cold fries,fish and hush puppies .
Even the crispy pieces were cold.
The slaw was fresh but had a taste that was probably from where it was stored.
Person taking the order was on a personal phone call.

The extremely unfriendly to put it nice lady that cooked our food decided that serving us old twice fried chicken and fish was OK then she called me an idiot to a different customer. Y’all need to get your employees under control cause this one is completely out of control. When asked why she called me An idiot she said it was because I called her a liar cause she said she did not double fry. Anything which you should see this soggy food she served me. We used to come once a week, but we will not be back ever to this location.

Lady then admitted that the food might have been sitting there for quite a while before she served it to me. Yuck

So open the large bag and am immediately confused by the kfc bag in there. Like should I be concerned? Did yall run out of bags? What’s the deal? It was my daughters kids meal. Ok. Start to eat my food. Fish is fine i guess. Try and take a bite of fry and it’s cold and rubbery. Like fries that have been just sitting on a counter for a really long time. Completely not edible. Pretty sad.

i ordered expensive grub hub and when i got my six pieces of fish NO TARTER SAUCE…. what kind of fish specialty store doesnt send tarter sauce,…..cmon man!!!! also the fish is cold and overcooked i would recommend you eat your delivery elsewhere…also it had been months since i ordered grubhub this was the first time i gave them a chance again and the order was late…i am done with them too!!!

The cashier is always rude and slow. Takes out the trash and does 5 tasks before she takes order. I just walked out this time.

Ok update** I went back today because I love Long John silvers, and the customer service was A1, the lady working was running back and forth to cars and apologized for the wait because they were cooking a fresh batch. She was awesome and it only took 1 min! Oh and I can’t wait to taste this chocolate cheesecake i bought, looks delicious
