Every time that I go, they charge me even for a sauce or a couple of water. And today. I went to buy 3 hot chocolate and 2 coffees but instead they gave me 3 hot fudges ,when it’s a difference in price and then didn’t give me my money back until I ask for my money but they have the worst attitude because they throw the money in the counter and the service is the worse specially in the evening the two managers and the lady in the fries
I think their job is to make everybody comfortable and give them a good service and it never felt that way I hope they change this people or teach them how to give a good customer service

We just received our DoorDash order from this location that had a half eaten Boston Cream Donut and a quiche thing. We ordered 4 double cheese burgers and two fries. No burgers but our fries were freezing cold. This was the worst delivery service I have experienced.

I’ve been eating there once or twice a week for as long as I can remember. The food is good, but there’s this rude, impatient guy who yells at you like he’s your dad because he has no patience for you or if you make a mistake with your order. I won’t be going back to that place because of that crazy guy. And I bet he’s the one who didn’t put the large fries I ordered to go in the bag. I got home and my order was incomplete.

Terrible mcdonalds. I have never gotten my food through the 2nd window. They ALWAYS send you to a mobile order spot even if you came through the drive thru. They instantly sent 4 cars back to back to back past the 2nd window into the mobile ordering. Nobody cares about your drive thru times. I ordered a 10 pc nugget combo it shouldn’t be hard to make. And as I type this the car that was behind me gets their food. Delightful. Dont waste your time with this garbage business.

Giving it a 4 because I don’t typically have a problem with this McDonald’s and it’s usually good. I just went through the drive through though (9:30PM, Monday), and this is what I got for a strawberry milkshake. I put it next to something pink and white to prove that it’s not just bad lighting, and spun it so you can see it wasn’t just that the strawberry was all on one side. Beyond disappointing.

Stopped in with my girlfriend for a quick bite and overall it was a solid visit. The food came out fast, hot, and exactly how we ordered it — fries were fresh, burgers tasted just right, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. The only thing that kept this from being a full 5-star experience was that the dining area could have been a little cleaner. A couple of tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were looking a bit full. Nothing major, but it stood out compared to how well everything else was handled. The staff was polite and friendly, though, and we still enjoyed our meal. A little more attention to tidying up and this location would be perfect.

Very disappointed with our experience. The driveway and sidewalks were all sheets of ice. The man who took our order couldn’t have cared less, got our order wrong, and was unpleasant. Will drive further for better service.

So my kid found a Percocet on the floor in the playroom. Looks like it had been there a while. Might want to clean it a bit better. Somehow the manager response, “oh, no. Sorry.” was very underwhelming.

Getting my car serviced at Ricart and walked down to get an ice coffee. Kiosk ate my receipt but the front counter looked up my order and fixed me right up. Mostly clean restaurant with a busy drive thru around 10:30am with nice clean restrooms

I usually avoid this McDonald’s location. The service feels lower quality, orders are less reliable, and somehow the food itself seems worse than other locations. Not sure if it’s staff training or prep issues, but the experience is consistently disappointing compared to others nearby.
