Cane Rosso’s fresh, never-frozen dough is made in-house every day, using all natural OO flour imported from Italy. The sauce for our pizzas is made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and our mozzarella is pulled fresh in-house daily. Cane Rosso pizzas are thin-crust, but are most definitely not “New York style.” Neapolitan style pizzas like ours are meant to be eaten with a knife and fork and are crafted using only the highest quality ingredients available. Our pizzas are fired in our specially built wood-fired oven from Italy that reaches 900 degrees and cooks our pizzas in under 90 seconds for a delicate and light, slightly charred dough. Cane Rosso also offers a selection of pastas, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.

I’ve eaten here several times but the most recent completely turned me off. $60 for two gluten free pizzas, no bigger or better than Mod/Blaze Pizza or maybe Domino’s. Save yourself the time and money. The flavor was sub-par and so small.

First time here and not disappointed! The pizza was great and the mozzarella nuggets were great. Server was very attentive and friendly.
If you are in the mood for pizza I would recommend Cane Russo in Arlington Tx

Our son had visited before and recommended the place. We took him out for dinner and we decided to try the place. One of the pizzas we ordered had great flavor but would not recommend if you have a delicate palate. The proscuito and arugula was good. When we got there, they told us the wait time was 25 minutes so we went to the bar and got a drink. Before we could finish it (only about 10 minutes) our table was ready. Firewood pizza oven right in view; you get the aroma of the wood in the crust of the pizza. Will definitely go back and try the other pizzas. The ticker was surprising low for a gourmet restaurant. About $130 with drinks and tip for 3 people. Their side dishes are also very flavorful and carefully crafted. Overall great dining experience.

Adriana was our server and she was extremely patient and helpful towards us! We were meeting up for a friend’s birthday dinner and were catching up so we took some time to order! Adriana was great in making sure that we were not rushed whilst still being attentive towards our needs and making sure we weren’t waiting on here. Pizzas came out amazing and we loved every minute of it. We had the Zoli, Honey Bastard, and the PBR. Those pizzas did not stand a chance at our table. They had tvs in the background if you love your sports on a Saturday night like I do and the wine was amazing too, as we had multiple glasses of some Cab and a few margaritas but they also have a lot of beers on tap. Will definitely be back for more!

First thing to know is that the pizza here is NEAPOLITAN STYLE. It is best enjoyed hot and fresh, I don’t recommend take out with ANY Neapolitan style pizza. Some may call the crust “soggy” or a “fork and knife” pizza. But again, THIS IS NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA.
That being said, Cane Rosso is AMAZING! Their pasta dishes are GREAT, all their appetizers are a WIN! The Caesar salad is very refreshing. If you don’t like NEAPOLITAN STYLE pizza, don’t sleep on this place because they offer plenty more! The kids pizza is more “traditional” New Yorkish style.
The service was phenomenal, the entire staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. The vibes are great all around. You won’t be disappointed, as long as you know what to expect when it comes to NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA. So…don’t go writing bad reviews acting like you weren’t aware lol. ENJOY!

Cane Rosso in Arlington never disappoints! The atmosphere is perfect, but it’s the service from Kylie that truly stands out. She’s always attentive, friendly, and makes every visit feel special. The pizza? Perfection every time no matter which one you get. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special night out, Cane Rosso never fails to deliver. Highly recommend, and if Kylie’s your server, you’re in for an extra treat!

Best Pizza place I’ve ever been to. Love coming in to try their pizza and pasta of the month, but of course the Honey Bastard and spinach dip are favorites

Was in town and decided to check this spot out, really glad I did! It was absolutely delicious. I was so impressed they have mocktails, had a strawberry daiquiri mocktail which was really tasty. Started off with the fried nuggzz which were really great, a perfect bite sized fried mozzarella, the sauce that came with it was really tasty as well. We ordered the chicken parm, chicken Alfredo with roast chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, and a pizza with bacon and pepperoni. Everything was absolutely amazing, especially the pasta, nice and al dente and the sauce was so good. The service was also great! Great atmosphere!!! So glad we stopped by! Definitely recommend you check it out.

Even better than I remembered Cane Rosso was, and I remembered it very fondly. The cheesy garlic bread appetizer was delicious as always, and the brussel sprout appetizer was surprisingly delicious too (& I’m not a brussel sprout fan)! The truffle carbonara pasta was delicious, although I wasn’t a fan of the type of breading/crumbs used on the crispy chicken. And lastly, the CBF and truffle shuffle pizzas were good too; love that you can get 2 types of pizza (half and half) within 1 pizza. Would definitely be back!!
