Terrible $24 experience. Ordered a Big Mac with double meat. They charged me for the extra patties but decided I looked too fat to give them to me. The McChicken and McDouble were hot and fresh but the chicken nuggets were cold, not cool or lukewarm warm but cold. So were the fries. I live 1 mile away so drive time didn’t affect it as is evident by the hot McDouble and McChicken. I didn’t get napkins or the BBQ sauce for the nuggets.
Served at 4:12pm and they were not busy no cars in drive through and a few in the lot. I even had to wait in the #2 drive through spot. I waited 2 minutes to get served cold food.

This MCDONALD’s is THE BEST hands down! They treat EVERYONE so kind. I love that they don’t stare at my roomates and I funny like ALOT of the stores here in Cape Coral ( We are African American). They are ALWAYS kind and treat us normal. It’s been HARD to find that in this area. We love to come to this Mcdonald’s.
Our food is always prepared very well
They are so friendly as well.
They always are respectful even the young teens that work there.
I feel ALL the Mcdonald’s in Cape Coral need to learn from them. Customer service is superb EVERY time we come.
I always like to give accolades when they are due. I can continue on and on about this Mcdonald’s. It’s been tough living in Cape Coral for us three but we come here to feel like we’re back home.

My wife picked up an order 6:10pm 8/30/25. Upon opening the packaging on a double cheeseburger I discover a full bite taken out.

Terrible service . These kids have absolutely no work ethic . The last time I visited because of my kids I waited 44 mins to order only the manager was working. Every time you visit they take your order at the second window as if there’s not enough workers . When I arrived today I asked if there was going to be a 45 minute wait after he said they would take my order at the second window and the person at the intercoms responded with “probably more” there were only two cars ahead of me .orders are always returned because they can’t even take a simple order but want a minimum wage of $15/hr. Do better at hiring and at servicing ! Never have an issue at any other McDonald’s but this one

Awful location. Every time that I’ve been there there is always an issue. The most common is the waiting time. I had to leave because I was waiting more than 20 minutes. And the line barely moved. How is that possible? On other hand my wife has her credit card information stolen in this place ( I’m not blaming an employee directly but it happened here).

Sat in line for over 20 min to purchase two milkshakes. Boy at window was doing 1 complete order at a time waiting for them to pay and drive off before taking the next order. Numerous cars driving off- including me!!! 9:45 pm to 10:05 pm. Who is the Manager running this place???

Stopped in for some McGriddles and hash browns for breakfast. Food was all nice and hot. It was a little slow but the food was hot and tasted great, so it was made fresh not sitting under a heat light. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean, easy in and out. Not sure what all the negative comments and 1 stars are about, seems like a normal McDonald’s to us.

I typically don’t leave reviews but this is honestly ridiculous at this point. For the past couple months now every single time I go to this McDonald’s my meal is wrong or messed up.WITHOUT FAIL. A typical visit to this McDonald’s is about 45 minutes bc they make you wait in line so long when they could be parking people. Multiple times I ordered a Big Mac & asked for NO sauce & got extra or the other day I asked for a Big Mac no sauce & instead got an overload of their “special sauce” the workers sound like that hate their jobs, I had one guy say “you sure that’s it?” In a rude tone all because I had asked to add 1 thing to my order. Then today I ordered a mcchicken and said I wanted to be parked for them to drop it fresh, got to the window in 3 minutes & my food was ready & not fresh. Save your time & money & go to a different one. They need to take this one down.

Ordered ahead tonight as out running errands. Used the mobile order/park. Food was out so fast, I was startled. Family ordered a double quarter pounder combo and 20 piece nugget.
Each food item was piping hot‼️ just like I like it.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Cape Coral! I ordered a hamburger happy meal – add cheese, no onions, extra pickles. you can see from the pictures what was ordered and what was received. Will never go to this McDonald’s again.
