I came here right after work and had placed a mobile order before I got through the drive-thru just to make the trip faster. When I pulled up to the window the worker asked me to please pull around to the front and he’d bring my order out. 1 car goes out the drive-thru. Then 3. Then 6. It appeared they forgot about me. It was 29 degrees that night (freezing) but I got out of my car to knock on the door. The lobby was closed and they couldn’t hear me because everyone was in the kitchen. I went back to my car and after another 6 cars went by I decided to just go back through the drive-thru. I said that I had been waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 chicken wraps and some fries. I said for my inconvenience I feel I should be given something as compensation and requested a drink and a cheesecake. I get to the window, my fries are cold, the wraps are lukewarm (the food had been sitting since I pulled away from the window) and the soda is 3/4 ice and there’s no cheesecake. When I asked where the cheesecake was the worker said he couldn’t give it to me because Matt was watching. I said where’s Matt? So he called him over. I spoke to Matt and he was very dismissive and proceeded to tell me that because he gave a cup full of ice that I should be grateful and have a good evening. A cheesecake that cost $1.79 and a soda that cost $2.79 for making me wait nearly half an hour for 2 chicken wraps and some fries! Like it was coming out of his paycheck. Like I should’ve been grateful to get the cup of ice with a side of Sprite. I would rather go all the way Sherwood to go to Popeyes for that kind of service from a MANAGER. Everyone doesn’t belong in customer service Popeyes. Matt is one of those people because that was an easy fix.

My husband and I were driving back from Tennessee to Texas and needed to make a quick stop to eat. It was Saturday, 10/25 around 7:30 PM. Our food was hot and absolutely delicious! We went through the drive-thru, then quickly ran inside to use the restroom and came back out to eat while driving.
The staff was so kind, and when we went inside, they were laughing and enjoying each other. It seemed like they genuinely had a great team camaraderie. Honestly, we were originally going to go to Raising Cane’s next door, but the line was really long. I personally love Popeyes, and even though my husband has had his fair share of misses at other locations, we decided to give this one a try because the line was shorter.
He couldn’t stop raving about the biscuits! When Popeyes is good…it’s so good!!! And that’s exactly what this was. Not our typical Saturday dinner, but it was absolutely delicious, and we had a great experience.
If you’re this team’s manager, please let them know their lives are precious and they’re doing a great job.

Purchased a #4 3 piece spicy meal.
Got home to find I didn’t get my side and the chicken is MUMMIFIED! Look at this dried, literally BURNT chicken?! It’s for real like chicken jerky. The breast (in the photo) the leg, AND the thigh! How is that even possible? There’s no juice in any of the chicken, dryer than a desert. It’s so dried out the box felt LIGHT! I’ve had gas station food prepared better than this. I feel sorry for all the people there with me because there was a line, I bet they all get food poisoning from this crap.

I purchased a 4 peice chicken with a large mashed potato and gravy. I share this with my wife. The meal I picked up had peices of chicken that looked like they had been starved before being turned into our meal. The breast weighed about 5 Oz. The thigh was about the size of a chicken leg. The mashed potato and gravy was half full. For 16.75, the workers should be ashamed of themselves for putting those miniature sized peices of chicken in that box. Absolutley pitiful excuse for a meal.

Ordered online and still waited a long time. We made it to the drive thru speaker and we were told to pull around to the window. Once we got to the window, the cashier said that our order was not on the screen and told us to pull around to the front. We waited for a total of 25 minutes for our food. We had to call the store to remind them about our order. And they forgot the dipping sauce.

Absolutely disgusting. I came in and ordered some spicy tenders and they were extremely bland. It was around 11:00 am or so the cashier was nice enough to switch them out for some of the new wings which were also not up to par. To make a long story short, that same night I told a buddy about my experience and he said he had a three-piece from that same location days prior and that it was also disappointing. I think that location needs new cooks because you cannot taste the love in the Popeyes recipe at that particular location
