Hello. I’m writing this review to let you know that this is actually probably the longest I’ve ever waited at a McDonald’s. It’s been about 55 minutes. I figured I would take the time to leave this review since I am currently blocked in the drive-thru with no means to literally egress the property.

Genuinely worst MC place ever..been here many times cause i live nearby and have to come this place.
Main problem with this place is
1. Forever to take order, timing is so slow i have to wait literally 30min in drive though even in counter sometimes
2. Staffs are too rude with customers
3 amount of chicken is too low.. cheap place too be honest
I dont recommend this place at all

This McDonald’s is a complete joke. It has gone downhill so fast. the last five times I’ve been here no one says thank you, have a nice day, or You’re welcome. The employees are extremely rude. They say they’re open till 11 but that is not been the case for me the last four times I’ve tried to visit. coming home from Walmart leaving Walmart early enough so that I can get there before 11 to place an order at like 1030 and they either say they’re closed or they give me some long drawn up story as to why it’s so difficult to make an order of chicken nuggets and a soda. I love McDonald’s and I have been a great customer my entire life, but I am so disappointed by this one it could be so convenient for me but instead it’s a hassle every time I go there anymore I think I’m just gonna quit trying. I wish I could get Some type of manager or owner to contact me. I cannot be the only person that this is happening to. It’s really sad.

I stop by this McDonald’s frequently since it’s on my way home from work. I go through the drive through each time and it takes forever. There won’t be very many cars in line and it takes them forever. You will sit at the microphone for up to 8 minutes in complete silence. And never an apology for the long wait. Very rude staff at the window as well. One time I had to knock on the window because they only gave me half my order and ignored me.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s ever. Every worker after 4pm has an attitude. The slowest drive thru line. They do not take orders after 8:30pm. They will take forever to take your order, or eventually just tell you they’re only accepting mobile orders at this time. When they close at 11pm. I had a mobile order around 9:30, and they still told me to cancel it. I highly don’t recommend. I live down the street and never get served after 8pm, I am not kidding. Don’t go. At this point close down, too many of yall in there not working, and if yall don’t have cover after a certain time, then you need to close.

Seriously avoid this location, I’m pretty sure I got more cheese & lettuce than protein. I’m not sure whats worse, the microscopic amount of chicken they call a “serving” or the disaster of a wrap job.

I only come to this location because it is near by my house. This place’s so called manager at night shift, she is so rude to customer and to other staffs she has earbuds on her ears at work!!! So not interested listening to customers nor her staff!!! If you are working you should not be having earbuds or your phone near by!!! If you don’t like to work there then just quit and let others work there someone who cares about their job!!! My food was cold and my frappe has no taste so much ice.. not even full cup. Any supervisor who is above her must pay attention to your employees how they are handling your customers. The lady in the red so called manager so rude with bad attitude. You can hear her screaming to her staff behind the closed window.

This McDonald’s location is a catastrophe and complete failure of a store. It’s constantly understaffed and the people they do have on the clock do not care one ounce about completing orders in a timely fashion. I try to never come to this location because drive thru will literally take at least 30 minutes. It’s an insult on the history of McDonald’s and is nothing close to fast food. Good quality at this location also is atrocious. It would be better to actually just shut down this location. Corporate needs to know how the management and owners of this location continually let it fail the customer with no regard to making change.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and you are going to wait at least 20 minutes for food and that’s after you wait 10 minutes for someone to take your order I seriously have no idea what management or the other people inside are doing they seriously need help. I want to yell every single time I come to this drive-through I will not be anymore.
