I was just in there tonight and got a dine in. And the woman Vanity was so nice and respectful it was such a breath of fresh air I’m young so I don’t want to sound like a old guy but most fast food places the people working are burnt out don’t look at you or talk and are rude and this person was the opposite the way she talked and helped everyone restored faith I had in humanity a little bit . give her a raise and do what ever you can to keep her !

We enjoyed our meal at Wendy’s very much. I recommend getting one of the biggie deals which cost either $5 or $6. You get a lot of food for the money. I got the $6 biggie that included a fried chicken and cheese BLT sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and a beverage. The service was very good and pleasant. The restaurant was clean.

This place deserves 0 stars. They mess up every order I get from here to the point I don’t leave the drivethru till I check and get the order fixed. Tonight I thought they got it right till I got home and my son got spicy chicken nuggets. How hard is it to read and put something in a bag correctly, I don’t understand how these people make it through life.

Id give no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I asked to place an order that would have been $60+ dollars without using the robot machine. I was ignored not only once but twice. I told them the kiosk wasn’t working- asked to place an order and was ignored by a tall man and a woman with short red hair. Your gonna ignore a paying customer to go make fry boxes ? Do better. They pay you well enough to not be horrible at customer service.

This was my first time at this restaurant, Food was standard, I don’t know why you didn’t with fast food Sometimes the food taste different from one to The other. The ketchup was out of the Self serve Counter, I Let the staff know. Two to which they just talked, Went on breaks, And to me this was that acceptable because they did not Go and refill any of the containers the whole time I was there. My dream there are about I think I saw three cooks two cashiers and at least a couple of managers.. Also it wasn’t entirely that Clean for amount of people Standing around,. Being only two people in the restaurant eating and the driver was busy.

Employee can’t handle pressure of getting order wrong and freaked out over fixing something so simple. Food was ice cold and burger’s were dry and burnt. Not sure why they make you order at the kiosk and not in person and then say they can’t honor rewards from the app at the kiosk. But yet won’t let you order with a person. Horrible experience and will never go back

So the drive-through service was really great but after getting home, this is what my chicken sandwich looks like. I normally don’t go out to eat because it cost almost $20 just to eat, but you would think at some point we would get what the picture looks like when you’re ordering the food the food never looks like the picture. I don’t do not know why I did fast food when I was young and we would get written up if the food didn’t look like you did in the picture, If didn’t get good service this would be a one star

I really hate to say this but its been to many times that this restaurant has got my orders wrong. I used to love coming here, I went in the other day and ordered some shakes for my kids and they couldn’t even get that right and one was half full, I went up and ordered another one I saw it sitting on the counter with my order and I guess someone didn’t get there’s and he gave mine to another dude. Then I said that was mine and he said I gave you yours. I’m officially done sorry Wendy’s

Went through drive-through ordered two cheeseburgers and a large Chocolate frosty cheeseburgers were fine, But the frosty was essentially foam that was 90% air will never go back. What a rip off.
