The robots have taken over, and only one employee was willing to help after we stumbled our way through the ordering process. Not very happy that it took over 10 minutes to order due to this complicated system. We will not be back until the machines are removed. We were not the only ones struggling either. The 5 others that came after us had the same sentiment.

We came in to order food in the drive thru found our selection online before arriving. But we were refused help when we got there as we were told they didnt have time to help us order it thru the app. We didnt want to use the app but they would not give us the deal. So we left upset and went to a competitor who had time for us. This was a huge disappointment to our son . He had his heart set on Taco Bell but when we dont get good service. This is not acceptable. Good luck in business when your employees do not care about the customers. People will find places to eat that appreciate their patrons.

Now all ordering is by a kiosk when you walk in. Born in the 50’s I like seeing a menu. The very helpful young woman walked me through everything and got my order perfect. Before leaving another team member introduced me to the beef burrito for $2.79 what a deal, brought 2 home. They also have a donation box for No Dog Left Behind.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. Two of the employees at the window were extremely rude and unprofessional. After feeling unwell and suspecting I was given contaminated food, I attempted to report my concerns to corporate, but they refused to provide the contact information.
Based on my experience, I believe there may be intentional mistreatment, especially if you are not favored or face discrimination. I do not recommend this location due to their poor customer service and questionable practices.
Please be cautious if you choose to visit. Especially the morning shift.

Very disappointed. We showed up at 8:45am on Saturday for some breakfast. A truck was parked in the drive thru with its emergency flashers on. A woman came from inside to tell us they’re having an employee meeting and aren’t even open yet. The drive thru is supposed to open at 7am and restaurant at 8am. Couldn’t they find a more appropriate time for an employee meeting?! Maybe before opening?! A Saturday at 8:45 is definitely not an appropriate time to close the store for a meeting! Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t get anything there during the week as I have to be to work before 7am and apparently during the weekend we can’t get service during their posted open hours! Seems pretty unprofessional to closed down and say they aren’t even open yet during posted open hours.

Super rude- two of the women there were gossiping for no reason while judging and treating me rude for no reason. Super bossy and demanding telling me how things work when already know just their app glitches on me and didn’t place the order so I got there and worker said place order on kiosk machine when placed on mobile app but didn’t show up so rudely tells me how to use the app and that have to check in cause it was placed in drive thur (makes no sense what she was saying not cause of me, but her self explanatory sucks) treating me like a 5 year old. I dont need instructions on how to place order and check in- all needed was simply sorry your order didnt come in on our end- not to mention if I wanted to place order I shouldn’t have to use kiosk machine and do it myself. Just more ways to do away with using workers and pushing self service which takes away more jobs. The attitude was worst ever got. I understand they dont get paid enough but behaving this way being rude for no reason- unacceptable. I will not be coming back due to this. I work in customer service and can say I would be fired if I treated my customers this way.

I pick up the food and looking for door dash usually the atmosphere is very wonderful and sometimes the people working behind the desk get a little busy but as far as the food and the service they usually have my order ready to go when I go pick it up to deliver but some of them younger people are kind of irritated I would say but other than that they do good job
