I had a great experience with a recent takeout order from Chili’s. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared for a to-go order—everything was fresh, hot, and packed neatly.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Shortly after I placed my order, a manager called to let me know that the pepperoni pizza was unavailable. I really appreciate them taking the time to communicate this directly instead of just substituting or removing it. They were friendly and helpful, and we quickly sorted out a delicious alternative.
The entire process was smooth, and the care shown by the staff, especially the manager, made a great impression. It’s that kind of attentiveness that ensures I’ll be a repeat customer. Thank you for a great meal and for going the extra mile!

I had the salmon which was good! But the rice that came with it was old and crunchy, the broccoli that came with it was supposed to be steamed was basically raw and cold. Disappointed in that meal. Would not recommend. Was with a big group and everyone else’s looked awesome!

Fantastic meal, I ordered the half order of bacon chicken ranch quesadilla and it came with salsa and chips. It usually comes with sour cream but I get lettuce instead to watch my calorie intake and smaller portions. The salsa and chips are excellent and the waitresses were friendly, she brought our order out pretty fast. Thanks again for a wonderful lunch.

Everyone got food poisoning and the Norovirus and someone went to the hospital and had E. coli from here because someone didn’t wash their hands here!!!!!!!! They did not have a stir stick for the wicked drink and didn’t tell me. I was very disappointed. That drink really needs a stir stick or something because it’s really weak.

Food was ok, nothing special. Our waitress was fantastic. Checked on us often, quick with a chip refill, quick with to go containers and the check when we were ready. Price was a bit high for what you received.

Sat in the bar today, watched some tvs and ate some great food. Food was hot and tasty, service was great, super good value, and both the host who sat us and the server were outstanding. I would go here all the time.

I recently ordered the Fajita Trio for $27.29, and it was absolutely delicious—the flavors were fantastic! My only suggestion would be to offer a slightly larger portion, especially the rice. I also ordered the boneless chicken in barbecue sauce separately, and it was superb.
Additionally, I wanted to mention the young lady at the front reception. Although I didn’t catch her name, her warm and kind smile truly stood out. I wish her all the success for her positivity.

Updating this review! Still ticked!!! I came thinking I was invited for a meal to make up for what happened (which was offered to me. I didn’t ask for it ) I had NO problem never going back, but I thought they were going to take care of a MEAL like the email said and it was a $10 gift card Thanks for reminding me how I was treated the other day, I had no idea it was that small of a gift until I got here and ordered my food. At least the manager was kind enough to take care of it. Maybe we will be back—-I would give a zero if I could! I met my boyfriend of several years at the bar. I pull out my Tennessee ID that has a crack down the middle of it but it’s been cracked for at least a year that I know of because it’s old lol this woman told me that it was against the law for her to take it. I had to walk out to the car because I was pretty angry and when I did, I had to look it up to make sure she wasn’t just blowing smoke. Turns out she was just blowing smoke because my name and my birthday and everything was clearly visible! This woman judged me! She must not have liked the looks of me or something, but she should not be working in customer service! Horrible Chilis The restaurant was completely empty. I guess they don’t like business. I went right over to Texas Roadhouse, was treated with respect and had my drink. I have a 2 year old disabled child and all I was doing was meeting his father for lunch and a drink. It’s pretty sad when someone can’t go anywhere without being judged by someone like that. I wish I paid attention to her name, but it doesn’t matter. I have almost 3000 followers on TT and I’m putting a review up there too. ♀️

Stopped in for a quick meal while visiting your town. Everyone was friendly. The Burger I had was very good and fixed just right. The fries were great also. I just wish you had onion rings instead. Lol
