First time trying a great Neighbor’s, idk if its the only one out here in Alabama but I enjoy the most respectful team and awesome customer service!!! I enjoy the opportunity to try some delicious food and the sweet tea that is awesome!!!! Enjoying a Sunday with my grandma after Church brought a delightful lunch throughout this day! Love the team working together and getting us in and out!!! Its always a pleasure to give when credit is due!!!! Yall stay blessed and enjoy your time being here, coming back forever!!!

My husband and I came in for dinner. We got there a little after 3 PM trying to beat the rush. He ordered all you can eat chicken I ordered the two way seafood dinner. I ordered fried flounder and fried oysters with a side salad and fried yellow squash. my husband‘s chicken dinner arrived perfectly Mine however, was completely wrong. I was given shrimp and fish. Not sure what kind it was didn’t look like flounder. Took that back. Then I was brought fried fish with onion rings, and coleslaw. Took that back. Finally got my fried fish and oysters, but by then my husband was completely finished with his meal. I was not offered any kind of discount. I wasn’t even offered a free dessert. Seemed like most of the employees were trying to eat their own meals. No management come to check on me, I did get a couple of sorry’s. SO disappointed, do not believe that I will return.

Only good thing about our meals was the cocktail sauce. Every dish we had gotten was extremely bland. The most major issue was one of my friends had a shellfish allergy and they refused to offer her anything other than grilled chicken. And my side dish was supposed to be Lima beans but I was too afraid to try them.

The food was excellent! We got the crab claws, fried shrimp, and the country fried steak, and they were all delicious as always! The gumbo was good, too! We’ve always loved coming here, and we will definitely be back again.

The food is more like cafeteria style. There is no seasoning on the food at ALL while it doesn’t taste bad as in the freshness, etc.. It’s just very very bland..there is no “love” put into the food more like food made out of a chore than something people can leave going wow this was great. I have tried Neighbors numerous times over the years hoping that maybe I just came on an off day. But no change in the taste. I think the staff is very friendly and has a great atmosphere. I just wished they would come off the processed commercial like taste to a more southern home taste that is made with love and seasoning and a taste like no other.

Ate here today this has been a regular spot for us since my granny took us so we had a amazing server she even held my baby while I checked out the food was amazing I had the Cathie squash and potato salad only thing that tasted bad was the potato salad it was bland kinda tasted like dirt. But I love all the other sides that was my first time getting potatoes salad but this is our go to place. ❤️❤️

Friday is all you can Catfish, wow great food. Cabbage and turnip greens were delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. We’ll be back the next time we in Mobile. Highly recommended.

Delicious fried food, we had the fish and shrimp. Staff was nice , but seemed very busy…guess thats what happens when everyone want your food…lol. This is going to be our goto fried seafood restaurant for now on. Good Job .

Yesterday was my first time visiting Neighbors and I’m very glad that I did. We were immediately greeted with a very nice and pleasant waitress, the restaurant was super clean and well maintained and the food was sooo good! We ordered the fish platter, which was the special of the day.
