I went through the drive thru and the man who took my order was extremely rude. He would ask us what we wanted and while we’d answer he’d say “give me a second”. I’d understand if he was the only guy running both lanes or something but we were the only car in the drive thru and there weren’t any other customers inside. When we got to the pick up window he handed us our drinks but said nothing and let the window slam. Then he gave us our food and said nothing as well. Again, if it was busy or a minute before close I’d understand, but it wasn’t. Plus, it was a small order. It was a tall man with glasses. He was a bit older and honestly looked like he could’ve been a manager.

Multiple employees touching fully prepared food such as fries with ungloved hands. I watched it happen 12+ times in plain view.
I’m talking straight gripping my fries and dropping them in the bag then wiping the grease off their hands on their pants.
Actually disgusting, don’t eat here if you want to avoid diseases.

It is so inconsistent at this location. Sometimes you end up with well made food on the go and sometimes you just get sadness in the shape of a single pickle on a burger.
Today was that sad day. Cold French fries, a singular pickle on a chicken sandwich, no receipt paper in the self kiosks. And a crew who looks depressed. Oh and to add to it, no toilet paper in the restrooms.
Ray Kroc would be sad but I doubt anyone here actually knows who created this franchise.

I encourage you to use the front counter and the People working there to place your order. Not those screens just outta THEIR reach. They will bring your food to the your table if you sit Inside! That’s great! There is a nifty little sitting area inside where you can sit back and chill for a while!! They seem to have a really high turnover here and nobody speaks any English making it so difficult to order correctly and those that do seem absolutely miserable to be there. The slamming of the door at drive thru is just worst, stop doing that. Please remember that speed without accuracy is just worthless time spent.

They set my bag by the window waiting for my shake, got confused and handed it to the car out the window. Dude came inside with a bag that had a distinct grease mark saying it was the wrong order. They took the bag back into the kitchen – NASTY HEALTH VIOLATION RIGHT THERE. After a second they bring out a bag with the same distinct grease stain and hand it to me.
Disgusting and don’t bother complaining in the store nobody speaks English

We went through the drive through where our order wasn’t even shown on the screen the girl said that it was on the other and ours was the other customers order order the 2 snack wraps get our order I checked it because they didn’t seem like the knew what they were doing gave us one then went in took forever for someone to help me girl came up said can I help you told her about the issue with the snack wrap a lady in a sweater no name tag came up took forever to find my order in her system made it a whole deal about giving me my extra snack wrap and finally gave it to me and then went get home and our sprite is flat as can be whoever is the franchise owner of this location and all management staff should be ashamed of their selves for having this type of service and just employees who could care less about their jobs or the customer but it’s McDonald that’s expected of it’s workers and
