Trust the low review rating . I didn’t and ended up having a bad experience. Was trying to grab something quick for the road (1 fries and 1 soft drink). Waited for nearly 20 mins. They are understaffed and don’t really care about the customers. Soda machine doesn’t work in the dining area. Female staff with blue hair was trying to help me with my order and I could see some efforts from her.

I refused to order or easy from that dirty restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, tables had trash on them, and the floors were filthy.

Went to the drive thru because they don’t bother serving you inside. When I ordered a mcchicken the server didn’t know it was an item on the menu, and then proceeded to make fun of us into the microphone as we drove up to the next window. Forty minutes later we paid and are still waiting and they gave us three wrong orders. We had to leave and get a refund.

Bought a drink and sat down to read my book. After 15 minutes one of the workers started spraying down the tables and she came to where I was sitting, saw I was reading and sprayed my table anyways. When I put my book down and looked at her she said “sir you can only be here 30 minutes” and she started kicking other people out too. I have no clue what kind of restaurant kicks you out after 30 minutes. I work a restaurant too, but we allow customers to find as long as 3 or even 4 hours. If I’m a paying customer, Im allowed to sit down.
On another note, the drink machine doesn’t work. There was no note or explaination for it, it just didn’t work, and hasn’t for MONTHS. the problem is that 1: there was no way of me knowing it didn’t work, and 2: there is never anyone at the register, so if you wanted to get a refill or anything for your drink you’d have to wait at least 5 minutes.
And on yet another note, bathroom is almost always gross and there is very often food crumbs left out on the table because they haven’t been cleaned. I work a kitchen for server wage, the most well ever have is 3 people on staff, yet were always pressured to be kind and fast with our orders. Here at this McDonald’s there’s always at least 5 people on staff and yet somehow still nothing is getting done. Thats incredibly lazy

Make sure to always check your bag before you leave. They’ve messed up my order more than once. One time I ordered a large fries but only got a medium, and another time they completely forgot my fries.

The service options in the app also feel kind of pointless. I’ve chosen curbside pickup and table delivery before, but both times they just called my name at the door or counter instead of bringing it over.

To top it off, the dining area has like only one working outlet, every other one has no power.

This is my go to McDonald’s. One of the employees there told me about the app. I downloaded it and she walked me through on how to use it. I’ve used it twice now and I haven’t had a problem with my order! The people there are very friendly and the line moves pretty quick, unlike other McDonald’s in this town!

Waited 60 minutes on a DoorDash order until the customer gave up and cancelled. It should not be this slow for 1 burger. You’re better off going to the McDonalds on Tennessee street. They don’t know how to run this one.

Everyday when I try to get breakfast at 530-545am and there is 3-4 cars in the drive thru nobody’s willing to take orders even though employees are inside and outside of the store

Customer service is getting very good at this store.Me and my daughter have been to this location 5 times in the past two weeks. The store is getting better with homeless people in this area.

I literally waiting what feels like 30 minutes for them to bag up my uber eats orders. Seems like they are both trying to get out of the work. When I tried to get someone’s attention I was ignored.
