Been there several times, seems to get worse every time. Waited over 30 minutes this time for milkshakes only to find out they were out of oreos for one of them we ordered. The 3 we did get weren’t even all the way full, definitely will not go back.

The amount of time you have to wait to get a DoorDash order is insane. It’s every single time I come here. I sat at a stall waiting for someone to answer the button for the minutes and have been here over 25 and still haven’t got the order. It really interferes with time and gas and it’s very inconsiderate. It was a small order, one drink a chili cheese dog, and a medium tot. Not much at all. It’s not any different on days I come to get myself food. Please do better sonic

Honestly another franchised fast food let down pulled only 4 cars on the lot and I ordered 1 item a cherry lime rt44 coke. $3.04 with happy hour discount. That’s it super simple right shouldn’t take but a minute to make an bring out, 10 minutes later I say screw it and leave without the drink either a management doesn’t care anymore which i suspect is the case considering a few years ago when the new owners took over things where great, for half a year. But knowing the world around us they probably don’t get paid enough to care either. Needless to say a coke with to much ice in it to save a quarter per drink a $3.04 or $dollars outside of happy hour is not worth a 10 minute wait.

I’ve came through on numerous occasions and either ordered delivery or got a order through the kiosk and like every third trip there’s been an issue either I get ice cream sonic blast that aren’t filled up all the way slushy made incorrectly or just food that isn’t made right and when I have it delivered, I can’t just re-order it. I’ve also came by on numerous occasions and it’s been 1520 sometimes even a half an hour before they close and they close early and one instance it was a full hour almost that they were closed early. I get that their staffing issues and a lot of different fast food change but if you can at least put out a phenomenal product every time at least stay open for all of business. I literally came through a few months ago and it was like 30 minutes before close and I asked for a sonic blast, and they had stated that I couldn’t have one because they had already started breaking down and cleaning the machine I get you don’t want to stay late. I used to work in fast food myself, but it really inconveniences the consumer When you show up for a product and you can’t get it not because the machine is broken or there’s an issue with it but because you wanted to do your after clothes cleaning early so you could leave earlier. And when it was brought to the attention of a manager, it was basically just brushed off. I’m not one to give very many reviews of places, but seeing that this is a reoccurring issue I thought I would leave this review.

If I could choose 0 stars for every single one of these options I would. Staff was not helpful or quick in any way. It took them an HOUR to make a bag worth of food for three people and all of the items were cold when we got them. The fries were half full when we opened the bag and soggy like they’d been sitting out for a while. My order was completely wrong despite telling the person the order three times what I did not want on my sandwich, and it was also disgusting if I may add. Service was absolutely horrible because five people left before us and we were one of the first people there. Also apparently there were some people yelling at each other on the job but i’m not so sure about that.

If I could give a 0 star I would. As everyone else says services are slow and they dont care about the customer. Rose drop the ball but Ms. Adrian picked it up and made me feel better. When I arrived I drove around the store to see how many cars was in the lot. To my benefit it was only one. As I pulled into stall 15 he pulled out with his doggie cup and cone for himself. With me being the ONLY vehicle it still took 18 mins. So glad Adrian came to work other wise I would still be waiting now

Ordered appetizers that should have taken less than 10 minutes to make. Waited 50 minutes before they asked if we had gotten our order yet , found out they gave our order to door dash. Luckily they refunded our money but seriously pretty sure only one person is working while this other chic just sat on her phone. Huge joke! Do NOT recommend this place.
