Salty Mermaid
Absolutely terrible service by Jocelyn at the drive through. She is possibly the rudest and most miserable person we have ever experienced working in a customer service role. After being practically yelled at by Jocelyn while trying to place our order, the food wasn’t even fresh. We love Wendy’s food, but this store needs to do better. I can’t wait for the newer ones to open locally because we won’t be back to this one.

Services all the employees cars get there at 5 AM and now they don’t open Wendy’s up till 9 AM. The employees are sitting there getting paid 3 to 4 hours doing nothing when you’re missing the rush for morning breakfast now I understand why you guys are on the national news and 300 of them are closing down. This is ridiculous employee standing in the window not taking orders doing enough.

This place need a complete restaff or something. The past three times I have come here there has been an issues, the first two times the order was wrong even though it was put on the receipt correctly, and yesterday I wait 20 minutes for my food, from putting in my order to getting my food and I wasn’t the only one. The place is a mess and run down, if feels like the workers do not care. This place needs some serious help

I ordered a Chicken Classic without mayo (no menu). It’s not the best burger I’ve eaten, but it’s definitely worth the price!
The service (4/5):
They were respectful, quick and chill towards us. Pretty much what you would expect from a Wendy’s.
The restroom (2/5):
When I finished my burger I took a short stroll to the ‘Men restroom’. The restroom is build up with 1 urinal and 1 cabin for handicapped people. However there is no Baby Changing Station. Very upsetting. The room in general wasn’t that spacious and not so clean. The toilet still had some yellow water and also some pee stains on the toilet bowl.
Also the water tap seems kinda broken, since there wasn’t a lot of water coming out of it. The soap wasn’t that great and didn’t smell that great. For drying your hands they only have blowing machines, which I don’t like that much, since they often blow a lot of bacteria onto your hand.
All in all I felt very uncomfortable using the restroom. However one positive aspect was a door handle for your feet so you don’t get your hands dirty. Very useful.

I’m only rating this service because of the girl that actually talked to me and took care of me at the window was so kind and generous. I hope who ever reads this looks into the manager that ran the computer and telecom this evening. I simply ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal clearly telecom probably couldn’t project correctly to the manager taking my order so he accidentally charged me two orders of the chicken nuggets after I corrected him that I didn’t want a 4 piece but a 10 piece meal. I then proceeded to the window where accountability on me I was having Apple Pay problems. I then thought the price was a little weird and realized they accidentally charged me for another extra meal. The girl was so kind but the manager proceeded to degrade me from behind her and say that I didn’t know what I ordered, didn’t even have the guts to say it to my face. Also asked her if there was a manager and she confirmed it was him. I was never mean or frustrated in this situation and constantly apologized for making this girl have to constantly retake my payment. Overall that manager needs to gain some respect. I’m a server and I’d never treat my guest like that.

The two women working on 12/31 both need to be fired. Rude annd moving in slow motion on purpose to irritate customers. Especially the manager wearing the red shirt when confronted about her attitude she claim that’s “just how she was” . If they can’t live up to the Wendy’s standards tell them to try out McDonald’s where employees are always rude lol.

Went through the drive through on my way home after work school and pto/sac mtg.
Service was horrible, the male talking the order was rude and nasty. Once I asked him to repeat my order he did and I said that will be all thank you.
Pulled forward, he takes my form of payment hands me back my card and receipt. Then a female comes to hand me the bag. I thank them and they say nothing. Pull forward hand the bag to my son asking him to check making sure the food was all in the bag.. he pulls out the fries, I ask are they hot no not really, are they warm kinda. I feel and when I tell you my freezer had just defrosted that is what these fries felt like. So I go inside after I ask if the chicken was hot with only the fries.. hi to the counter wait 5 minutes and not be addressed.. to finally come back in contact with the same male that took my order and payment. And I told him the fries were ice cold. No apologies nothing. Takes them and throws them away. Waited for fresh fries. TONS OF what appeared to be cooked chicken just sitting around. Not under a warmer, in random spots.
I’ve never been so disappointed with this Wendy’s.

drive thru literally taking one order at a time, took >15 mins to get to pickup window with only three cars ahead of me… sat at ordering post several minutes before being acknowledged with huge line behind me. picture shows NO CARS PAST ORDERING POST. Ridiculous!
