The food was great, but the service and attitude of the employees definitely needs to be addressed. You could overhear the staff arguing with each other and when asked to provide condiments it seemed liked they were being disturbed.

I come to this Popeyes often because I work nearby. I came last week, the manager took my order , there was no problem.
However, today the service was completely unacceptable. My intelligence was insulted and my order was PURPOSELY PREPARED WRONG out of anger from the staff.
I was standing in line at or around 11:30 am
There were 2 men in front of me , I could tell from the way they were engaging with the cashier , GiGi, that they were regular customers. Those 2 men ordered and I saw what they ordered , and I saw what the price came to. 2 wraps for $5 with tax came to $5.33 , the guy paid and she gave him a Large cup (free of charge ). The next gentleman ordered a $5 promo meal deal with a red beans and rice it came to $7+ , she then gave him a a Large cup (FREE OF CHARGE ) . I’m very observant. As I placed my order, $5 3 piece box with a Breast , Thigh, and leg , my usual order, GIGI tried to up charge me for a Breast and told me that I could only order a leg thigh wing . I kindly explained that I came there last week and placed the same order with the manager there was no issue , I understand if I wanted an additional breast it’s an up charge but not for just 1 breast . GIGI told me that the manager served me wrong but she has to go by the policy and give me a leg thigh and wing and upcharge for the Breast . I quickly did a draft order on the app with my phone and customized the pieces I wanted and showed her and said ( Ma’am in the app it’s not up charging so I know what I’m saying is right). GiGi then tells me (order through the app then!)
I then stated to her that the two gentlemen before me recently she had gave them free large drinks each.
GiGi, surprisingly that I said that and observed that, replied “you don’t know what I gave them “. Not once did she deny she did that. She brushes me off and tells a worker coming to work to take my order by rudely throwing her hands at me and saying ( You deal with him!) . This worker wasn’t wearing a name tag bug tried to justify GiGi’s wrong doing by telling me that I can’t control the way she wants to bless customers by giving them free drinks. I told her that my blessings come from God not GiGi. She did my order and tried to say that the system is going to charge me the up-charge for the breast and which it didn’t .
I ordered a $5 3 piece with a Breast Thigh Leg. Surprisingly that her and GiGi were wrong instead apologizing for the confusion , she says ( Well I can’t guarantee you that you will get the pieces that you want , it depends on the availability ) .
That was very interesting being that the chicken was still frying and had came up out the grease 3 minutes after my order. As I was waiting, a guy came in behind me and ordered and they fixed his before mine . I finally got my food and they gave me A breast , thigh and wing (not the leg ) . I just took my food and left .
I’ve been to several other Popeyes also to this location during this promotion and on the regular and have never had this issue . I’ve always have been able to customize my pieces , even in the Popeyes app you can customize your order .
This was truly a bad experience.

I placed an order today and tasted and looked old. I was not giving a receipt, so I looked up the phone number online. No one answers the phone, and corporate sends you to a chat. There was no one to speak to about the issue. My food was horrible. There’s not much more to say except I had a horrible experience.

This was by far the worst restaurant I’ve been to in Orlando. The food was neither good nor bad – just completely bland and lacked any salt or flavor. The service was awful. I asked the staff three times to let me use the restroom, and they completely ignored me.
We placed an order worth $60 and had to wait almost 30 minutes while the staff were loudly arguing with each other in the kitchen. We didn’t even get any sauces with our food. And the worst part? They didn’t allow us to take a bit of water for our baby. Completely unacceptable.
Avoid this place if you can. Never coming back.

RUDE!! Came in for an order pick up and since it’s my birthday today I curiously asked if Popeyes gives any birthday freebies. The manager made a negative face, a male employee said “that’s a stupid question” about 3 employees laughed and all made a conversation about my question like I wasn’t there and like I was stupid for asking.

I want to send a great big thanks to this location from Lynx/Central Florida public transit. We had a last minute get together and had no other options (tried Publix and they were rude). Went threw drive threw and the lady at the window was ridiculously rude. We tried to order food for 3 people and after order one meal and saying he wanted a medium she said a medium what drink and didn’t let us pick the side pretty much made us get fries and then didn’t let us order the other meals at the drive threw speaker and when we tried to pull up and finish adding the other meals to the order she said ” we can’t add stuff that’s against policy” when she was the reason we couldnt order at the speaker in the first place. I will not be coming back to this Popeyes location again.

Very disappointed… I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, the bun was very hard, the Mac and Cheese looks as if someone ate out of it, the ONLY thing that was good was the sweet tea, after waiting 8 minutes, I would think they were making my meal fresh, but nope, after working 12hours I just wanted a good hot meal…I will start going to the Popeyes closer to my job where I know the food is fresh and awesome customer service.
