We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the hostess AND our server, Olivia. The restaurant is newly remodeled and very clean. Olivia was attentive and friendly. It’s obvious she’s a seasoned professional who aims to provide the best experience possible. She provided excellent service and made appropriate recommendations. We tried the 2 for $25- I got the 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans & he, the chicken Alfredo. We started with Caesar salads. They had shaved Parmesan cheese and self-mixed the dressing which was great. Nobody likes it swimming in dressing! The steak was cooked medium (although I requested med-rare). I didn’t say anything because although it was a little tough, it was juicy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were ok and the green beans were delicious (& not from a can!). The alfredo is made fresh in house and the chicken is hand breaded to order. He normally doesn’t like alfredo but he liked it! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Olivia, the remodel and the food. If you haven’t tried this location in a while, try it again. It’s worth it!

I came in on a Monday evening to have dinner and sat at the bar.. My first experience was waiting for someone to show up behind the bar. About 3-4 minutes later a bartender did appear and greeted me. She took my drink order and then I gave her my dinner order. It literally took 37 minutes for a simple chicken and shrimp dinner to get served to me. As I observed the operation of things, I could clearly see that this wasn’t a well ran operation. I can see why Applebees struggles as a company. Do better!

I’ve been ordering late night DD lately, and trying out all the 2 for $25’s and then some.
I highly recommend the new chicken parm fettuccine and the bangin burger. Plus, you can also change the burger to a grilled chicken if you’d prefer and it too was awesome. I’ve ordered the four cheese mac with bacon and honey chicken tenders, that I’ll probably not reorder. The Mac definitely needs some seasoning. Tonight I’m trying the bourbon chicken and shrimp meal. Fingers crossed!!

Had lunch at Applebee’s with my friends, and our server Olivia did a great job. She was very attentive and patient and I’m glad my friend brought me here. I’d definitely stop by again if I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Had lunch at Applebees on Riverstone twice in the past few weeks. Our server, Kim, on both visits, did an awesome job! She was friendly and funny and took our order promptly. Made sure we had everything we needed, checked back after we started eating to make sure everything was good. Refilled our drinks during our meal and cleared our dishes when we were finished eating. I love the quesadilla burger so almost always get it. My friends ordered a steak and the other ordered lime chicken and both enjoyed their meals. She offered dessert but we were too full. A thanks to Kim for making our lunch experience great! She definitely deserves an atta girl. Thanks, Kim. We will be back!

Love coming in here at least twice a week. I always sit with Olivia, she has a great personality she is always smiling, working hard and is very informative about all the newly released items and regular menu items 5stars for The Applebees Riverstone location in Canton. Try the mushroom swiss burger. One of my favorites. The remodel was a great choice !! Great atmosphere.

Our waitress was Sarah C. She was very good helping us with choosing what we wanted off the all you can eat wings menu.
She was very sweet, patient, and respectful towards us. Wish other restaurants had waitresses like her.

My husband and I keep going back to Applebees for our lunch dates because we get amazing service from Olivia and the grilled cheese cheeseburger is amazing! Highly recommend. Ask for Olivia she is so friendly and gives awesome service!

Stopped in recently and had a really good experience. Nate was our server and was super friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly even though it seemed pretty busy. Service was quick, drinks were refilled without us having to ask, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely appreciate good service like that.
